Earlier we had heavy costing in managing all the expenses and team of our operational services but after installing quickCEP. It is quite easy for us to take care of everything by avoiding extra expanses happening in the management and train the left team with simple and easy interface.

I appreciate QuickEcp for customer relationship management and marketing automation. It allows me to centralize communication, especially through direct chat.

I find that the interface is not always very intuitive at first and some options are sometimes hidden.

Quick Cep helps me centralize all conversations with clients in one place, allowing me to avoid losing messages between my different channels.

**What do you like best about QuickCEP?**

We are a service based startup which mainly functions online. A major part of our bookings are done from website and pages for all of car detailing services that we provide. So after installing quickcep in our business, from the process of booking generation to its execution, everypart is done much smoother now for us and our customers. The software has also helped us in minimising scheduling conflicts that earlier we used to face alot.

**What do you dislike about QuickCEP?**

The software that helps us to work from anypart of the word and interact with our customers but at the same time when their is bad internet connection availablity in a location the whole part of customer interaction and resolution gets disturbed in the company. Also, in case of any technical issue with the software leads to same kind of disturbance and this something which needs to consider before installing it.

**What problems is QuickCEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of this plaform has become one of our daily essential tool which is important for our workflow to function properly and grow gradually. Also their are different type of packages available for different businesses and which needs to be checked out properly by each and every companies that are looking forward to buy it's subscription because in many cases the free version will also be enough for your and expenses will be minimised for your business.

**What do you like best about QuickCEP?**

The plaform helps us in communicating with our customers and manage all the essential marketing techniques that are required for the branding of products and services that we are selling and providing. It literally combines all the data of chatbots, social media messages, mails, customer leads into a single platform and helps in getting a proper analysis of these data for better productivity.

As it provides all the aggregated data related to our social media accounts which is great for the business but also it takes access to our business personal data which might be a major concern for most of the organisations because in case of data leakage there might be a possibility of huge loss for us as we are working in the cut throat market which is of car detailing industry.

I have used lots of customer support and social Media integration tools but quickcep really helps us in saving lot of time with automation of chats and data aggregation also it helps us in understanding our customers belonging from different demographical regions. **What do you like best about QuickCEP?**

Quickcep is one of the oldest tool that we have been using to inhance our customer interaction also it has a simple user interface so that working on it and understanding about each and every feature of the software becomes easy for our relationship managing team. The chatbots which this platform has are really efficient and saves us a lot of time in automated interactions.

**What do you dislike about QuickCEP?**

The main challange with quickcep is integrating it with Google page and instagram page because for doing mere login of these pages in the tool took more than six hours which was really unnecessary and frustrating also it took access of all of our private business related data which according to me was not required and they should access only such kind of data which is important communication and interaction.

**What problems is QuickCEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now days every business needs a automated chatbots for their company so that the productivity of business can improve and yes after installing quickcep in the organization the main challange of customer complaint management has been reduced to 45% and also they provide different kinds of premium plans for different businesses which become affordable for all kinds of companies.

Quickcep is a channel that integrates data which are generated while chatting with our customers from all the social media platforms and analyse the interactions properly and understand their complaints and needs in those chats with the company. It also helps us in creating top notch customer experience for our audience interacting with us through any platform.

**What do you dislike about QuickCEP?**

For each and every integration that we do with our social media platforms quickcep charges separately. That makes it very costly and after sharing all of our personal data to their servers for analysis. It becomes very difficult for us to trust them regarding the quality of security which they use for their users because if our business data gets leaked by them due to any reason than it will be great loss as team for the whole organisation.

Understanding the customer mindset towards different products and services and also keep knowledge of their interest and behaviour towards our business operations is overall very powerful for any startup. The setup of the application is simple and can be done just in a few days without any professional training. So, for me it has been a productive tool so far.

Quickcep can be integrated with social media platforms, websites and other messaging channels thats why it provides highly optimised chatting experience with our clients through our sales and marketing team. The tool also helps in creating high quality FAQs for better support and customer queries solutions.

As mostly we train these chatbots with our previous data and market analysis results but sometimes these data does not become enough for proper functionality and accurate results. So, It becomes a difficult task for us to train their chatbots in such a way that the results and chatting solutions become more authentic and reliable.

Quick cep is a 100% AI based software which integrates all the details of social platforms into a single channel and creates a chatbot which helps in interacting with our client in a single go it also helps in uniting all the conversations that happened in different social platform into one and save a lot of time and efforts in getting the exact conversation details that we used to one by one earlier.

**What do you dislike about QuickCEP?**

The main challenge that I face while using quickCEP is that it takes a lot of time in integrating this tool with all of the other social platforms like Instagram, email, whatsApp etc. Also the cost of integration is very much higher than any other chatbot what is available in the market. The main challenge that I face is data privacy because it is very difficult to trust on their servers as we share our most important customer data chats with them.

Every business need an automattic chatbot for their business and quickCEP is AI based platform which makes this process much quicker and easier. You only need to check the dashboard and you will get all the data of interactions that has happened with your customers within last week or months. I want to express our appreciation for QuickCEP, which has greatly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The integration of consulting channel ports has allowed us to address customer issues more effectively and provided valuable insights through data analysis.

The AI-driven interactive short videos have been particularly impactful, significantly boosting customer engagement and conversion rates. Quickcep has greatly facilitated my business efficiency and I saw conversion results in a short time.
The downside is, why didn't I find quickcep earlier? They don't have any ads.

I use Quickcep's AI chatbot, which integrates automatic marketing and consumer data middleware. The previous customer service tools could not integrate multi-channel customer communication and calls, resulting in customer service staff having to frequently switch systems and low work efficiency.

Traditional customer service capability systems cannot support intelligent chat functions, lack automatic learning capabilities, and have high training costs

The customer service team cannot effectively handle multilingual conversations, affecting the communication efficiency of global business.
