I also wish there was a feature or “time off” setting for holidays when we aren’t open so the employees don’t get the regular reminders to clock in. The hardest part about implementing any new software is getting the buy in from the entire group. For instance there is no separation on the definition of creating/assigning jobs. We would want to have anyone the ability to assign a job to themselves but only allow a "gatekeeper" to create jobs. Glitches happen with every product, Tsheets is no exception - but you definitely want to make sure you're logging your proper hours/making sure your employees hours are correct! It definiely doesn't hurt to have a little informative session with all those who need to use the app to make sure everyone is on the same page. **What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** It definitely helps hold employees accountable and make sure everyone is paid what they're due. You are also able to run reports to show aggregated totals of how you are spending your time. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** I don’t like that in order to report to the minute, you have to break an hour into a decimal. You should be able to say how many minutes you spend working on something without doing the calculation. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:** Add in as many codes as possible so you can capture most or all of an employee's daily routine. **What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep track of the entire company’s time and really plan for resourcing and track how long it takes our team to do something over time. ### 38.
