Probably the filing of 1099. Last time we used QuickBooks Online for 1099 filing, it was rejected by the IFRS but successfully processed by QuickBooks Online. We don't know the reason why it was rejected as it didn't indicate in the QuickBooks Online file report. What I like most about QuickBooks Online is how easy and practical it is to use. I like the accessibility of QuickBooks Online both on the go and at my desk. It's great to receive notifications via email, keeping me up to date on invoices automatically. The communication feature is helpful too. It's nice to know when a client has paid an invoice, with notifications that pop up even when I'm in meetings, and seeing when a customer has opened or reviewed their invoices is useful as well. The entire thing is like one big ad. Just finding the login page, you are hit with multiple click ads and offers. There are ads within the platform on every page and around every corner. It is really a timesuck. They are pushing the AI features way too hard, and the AI tends to produce errors that need to be manually fixed. All of this considered, it is not worth the price for a subscription. I shouldn't be hit with ads so heavy within a product I already pay for. It’s easy to use, and the accuracy of the bank reconciliation is great. Also, let’s not forget the AI Auto match feature in bank feeds—it really saves a lot of time.
