"Efficient Bank Feeds, Needs Integrated Apps Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

I like the bank feed download feature in QuickBooks Online because it pulls all of the transactions from the connected bank account. This feature allows me to quickly match transactions to expenses or income, and I can create rules for faster processing. It's great that I don't have to enter each transaction manually since the bank feed pulls directly from the bank and loads the data into the feed, making it easy to categorize or match transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

I don't like the Integrated Apps change. It used to be easier to download transactions from PayPal to its own bank register. Now it's in a separate area in the integrated apps, so you no longer have it in your bank feed screen. It was hard to locate and also match transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Accounting Software with the Reports We Need"
5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

It's an all in one accounting software. It manages all aspects of my accounting needs and provides the necessary reports that our organization can use to make important financial decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

The cost is high. In order for us to get some of the benefits we need, we are forced to get a higher level subscription. There are also times where the software needs to be rebooted due to being unresponsive. Not sure how or why this happens. Never had any accounting software do this to me. "Clean, Intuitive UI and Reliable Performance That Streamlines Accounting"
5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

We’ve had a great experience using QuickBooks. The UI is clean and intuitive, making day-to-day accounting tasks easy to manage, while the integrations with other tools streamline our workflows significantly. Performance has been reliable, with real-time access to financial data across the team.

From a cost perspective, it delivers strong ROI by saving time and improving accuracy. Onboarding was smooth, and the available support resources made it easy to get up and running quickly. Overall, QuickBooks has been a dependable and efficient solution for our financial operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

While QuickBooks Online is a strong overall platform, there are a few drawbacks. Some advanced features can feel less intuitive and require extra time to navigate, and occasional system lag can impact efficiency during heavier use. Pricing can also add up as additional features or users are needed. That said, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QuickBooks Makes Bank Imports and Monthly Finances Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

What I most like about QuickBooks is how easy it is to integrate the OFX and CSV from the bank account. I can see all the bills, I can update the invoices, and check the preview for the month. It is absolutely the best software for financing! The UI is even more great now, a clean design, the performance is smooth, the support has always been great, and pricing is helping us to check the monthly costs and upgrade our services! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

I wish more people on the team could undo reconciled statements. Sometimes we run into an error in a statement, and the accountant didn’t know it could be undone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop solution for complete bookkeeping"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

It is the best under-budget, user-friendly accounting software, so even non-accountants can manage basic accounting without much difficulty.

Its integration with other software, like Bill.com, Fishbowl, etc., makes it a complete software package to cover overall performance

A bank account can be synced directly with QBO, so that live bank transactions can be tracked and categorized in the books easily to make it time-efficient and accurate.

As a cloud-based platform, it allows users to access financial data anytime and from anywhere, eliminating the need for installation and enabling seamless collaboration. The QB support system makes it the best in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

Subscription costs (especially for QuickBooks Online) can feel high for small-scale businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes managing accounts feel a lot less stressful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

What I like best about QuickBooks Online is how easy it is to manage day-to-day accounting in one place. It simplifies invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations, and the real-time reporting helps keep a clear view of finances. It’s especially useful for collaborating with clients since everything is cloud-based and accessible anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

What I dislike about QuickBooks Online is that it can feel limiting for more complex accounting needs. Reporting customization isn’t very flexible, and performance can slow down with large data sets. Also, pricing tends to increase over time, and customer support isn’t always consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QuickBooks Online: Everything a Small Business Needs, with AI That Saves Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

Quickbooks online has everything a small business needs. As they're refining their AI and document management services, it reduces routine non value added time enabling me to focus on more analytical tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

Current AI functionality does not yet include budget v actual variance analysis which to me would be the biggest time saver! I'm anxiously awaiting this feature. Also, they're currently working on a fix to correct this, but in the Management Reports - which are fantastic - the budget column sometimes doesn't update, so you have to delete and reload all the reports you want to use to insure integrity. It still creates visually appealing reports but requires a few extra steps. And if you're not aware of this problem it can make you look bad in front of your Board of CEO. Still great features, just need an extra step or two to ensure financial integrity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QBO Keeps Me Organized, User-Friendly, and Syncs Seamlessly with other softwares"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

I like QBO because it keeps me organized and on track. I also find it very user friendly. It syncs well with a project management program we use for our construction projects. QBO has a good customer help feature, so if I have any questions I can easily put in a request for support. The performance is great for running almost any reports you would need for a small business. This helps us project our ROI on projects. I have not used it to its fullest potential because I have not tried to use the Artificial Intelligence feature in QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

I would say the only downfalls I have with it are that the program often runs slow and it is more expensive than competing programs I could be using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies bookkeeping and financial management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

What I like best about QuickBooks Online is how it simplifies day-to-day accounting through automation and easy-to-use features. The automatic bank feeds, transaction categorization, and invoicing tools save a significant amount of time and reduce manual data entry. I also appreciate being able to access financial information from anywhere and generate detailed reports that help me make informed business decisions. The platform's integrations with other business applications make it a convenient all-in-one solution for managing finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

One thing I dislike about QuickBooks Online is that the subscription costs can add up, especially for small businesses that need advanced features or multiple users. The platform can also have a learning curve for new users, and occasional updates to the interface may make it harder to find familiar tools. Additionally, some customization and reporting options are more limited compared to desktop accounting solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
