As one of the company accountants, I find it frustrating that we cannot provide our managers with the necessary tools unless we grant them full access. Additionally, I am not pleased with the constant changes that occur without our input. Finally, paying bills is often a frustrating experience, with auto-selection of credits and a lack of sorting/filtering, leading to wasted time.

Reporting is challenging, causing us to spend several hours and sometimes days understanding our product winners. Integrations often work and often fail. Managing inventory and products in the software is often difficult because the invoices do not display what we expect them to display, so we have to use fields for purposes that don't align with their intended use. Customization is limited. Sending PO's is impossible to track and manage in quickbooks. Integrating with Shopify is hit or miss.
