I use QuickBooks Online Advanced for accounting across two businesses, one of which is quite large. It's really helpful in solving any accounting problem I have, especially with classifying and correcting expenses for projects, and in resolving any payment issues that come up. I can always find an answer for my questions, which is a big plus. The bank transactions feature is vital for managing the money across our many accounts. Since we are contractors, the projects feature is important for us too. The setup when switching from QB Desktop was simple, and I find it very user-friendly with help always available.
