The issue is that it adds sales tax to the checks I enter, and even after reporting the flaw to them, it hasn't been fixed. I also think customer service could be better. It takes too long to fix problems, and I'm not allowed to speak to someone higher up if the first representative can't resolve the issue. The tech support should be listening to CPAs to understand and solve these issues better. The biggest benefit is that it's intuitive and simple to set up. We did have help from an account to make sure we got it right, which was helpful, but overall, it was pretty simple. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?** The big piece of it is the budgeting feature. Right now, it seems like there's something disjointed in being able to work for a nonprofit where we have to track our spending against what we budgeted. It doesn't really integrate well in terms of understanding what our future income could be, like a funding pipeline. It seems like it's an either-or situation when it comes to having program-specific budgets or a general budget. It's kinda silly that the program-by-program budgets do not roll up. Most things work out the way you would expect them to. It provides a clear and efficient way of dealing with all of our customer needs. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?** They tend to update the UI without telling you, which leads you to scramble to figure things out. Some of their APIs and their reporting capabilities are missing stuff, like you cannot get the recurring transactions easily, and there are limitations in their API and ability to do SQL queries.
