I like the ease of the user interface in QuickBooks Online Advanced, as it simplifies entries and moving numbers into buckets, saving a lot of upfront work and time. I also appreciate the option for manual complex transactions, which allows me to handle complex scenarios without being restricted from using traditional manual accounting methods. Additionally, I love the analysis of my P&L with percentages, which is great for understanding financial performance. The new nexus tracking feature is another aspect I really enjoy. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced? It can feel overwhelming for new users, so having an initial walkthrough with a live customer service agent would be very helpful at the start. I’d also like a feature that lets users send messages to each other, with an inbox and outbox to keep communication organized and make it easier to track tasks. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced? I don't like the lack of manufacturing tools. Specifically the lack of building assemblies and tracking assembly build times. It's not solving any problems. We switched from Netsuite because our business model changed and we didn't all the advanced features that NetSuite offered for a much higher price tag. When in a report and you are away from QBO for some time and it asks you to continue to work, the report is then frozen and you can no longer drill down. We are not solving any problems, as one needs financial software to keep track of its business, and being a noncomplicated system, training new employees is effortless.
