There are small glitches, such as a transaction not appearing in an account register immediately upon saving, so you have to learn little fixes like re-sorting the columns to get the transaction to show up without having to refresh your web browser. every time that I log in there is a window that pops up and asks if i need help or have questions... which would be fine if it came up when opening the program or gave you the option to not display the message again. but it comes up sometimes 3-4 times after opening the program. it also takes a while to load and so i cannot log in or access what i need to until the help centre message finally loads so that i can exit out, only for it to come back a moment later. I like using QuickBooks Online Accountant because it is characterized by the ability to allow users to carry out every accounting task using all its features from within hence it saves me a lot of time spent moving files from one software to another to create custom financial statements, notes, inserting attachments among other tasks.

My other favourite part about using QuickBooks Online Accountant is that it promotes order and create responsibilities among team members for accountability. Using this feature QuickBooks Online Accountant allows me to allocate my team members with specific client books and primary contacts for any query with their books which is very convenient.

I also like QuickBooks because of how it lessens my workload in terms of in-built reports that include general ledger and trial balance among others. I have found this feature to be very vital in my workflow since it gives me a step ahead in report writing and this saves a lot of time. My only dislike in using this product is how it lacks an easier way to clean up outdated reports which I have found to be an exhausting and time-consuming process.

Removed the apps that were able to be used on a Mac and Windows. Did they get rid of the iOS and Android apps? It they did this is a huge negative and I would change my rating from an 8 to a 3.

Customization is still there but I dont think it is "as clean" as thru the apps.

Quickbooks is the most popular bookkeeping software there is out there. Accordingly, when I take on a new client, they often already have a QuickBooks account, and all they have to do is grant me accountant access, and we can work together.
