I like how easy it is to pull accurate reports. You can easily find outstanding balances and reconcile those accounts. If information is entered incorrectly, it can be very time consuming to find errors and ensure that proper changes have been made. This could also really throw off reports. Some business problems we have solved is actually employee PTO. Being able to monitor and make sure employees are up to date on their information, and having access to their account online is great!
