"QuickBooks Invoicing"

What do you like best?

Helps me stay organized and it is very easy to get paid

Helps me keep tabs on cash flow and stay ready for tax time

I can automate my workflow and connect payroll, time sheets, and more

it saves me a lot of time. I do not have to worry about invoicing anymore. I have a complex business with need to send invoices to multiple bodies.

I would recommend this product if you want to decresae the time you're spending on invoicing

If you've been entering and saving data in another accounting solution that can export in the CSV or Excel formats, you can import customer and vendor files, products and services, and your Chart of Accounts into QuickBooks Online. Importing data from one accounting application to another—or even from Excel—can be a challenging process, one that may require the help of a financial advisor.

The days of lengthy, multi-question setup wizards that desktop accounting software used to put you through are long gone. If you completed these early steps in the setup wizards, you were pretty much ready to start working. That's not the case anymore. QuickBooks Online asks enough questions to do some of its setup in the background, changing settings that to accommodate your particular type of business.

You can, of course, just jump in and start producing transactions, in which case you have to enter customer information, item records, and so on as you go along. You may also find that a feature you need hasn't been activated. The best course is to click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Account and Settings. QuickBooks Online then displays a series of sectional tabs on the left (Company, Billing & Subscription, Sales, Expenses, Payments, and Advanced) that is similar to the Preferences screens in the desktop QuickBooks version.

"Simply the best!"

What do you like best?

Quickbooks is undoubtedly an amazing software. The integration with Gmail makes it that much more powerful. Convenience is what I like best - using Quickbooks invoicing.

What do you dislike?

The learning curve can be difficult when adapting to a new software. I was more familiar with other programs at first, but quickly caught on to the features and benefits of Quickbooks.

This is the best software for invoicing and Gmail integration.

Invoicing is always a manual process and can take up valuable employee hours if not done right. The value created with Quickbooks invoicing is the ability to spend fewer employee hours on manual entry and expedite the process of invoicing.

"QB Review"

What do you like best?

I like that i'm able to quickly upload documents. I like that i was able to access a soft copy at any time once the documents have been scan. The software automatically saved a PDF to a folder for me. I was able to manage all documents added to my scann list.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that i dislike about this software. Its an awsome product. I used it when i processed payments in the AP department. you have to close to a scanner.

My Recommendations to others considering QB invoices is to have a great scanner, and some with the ability to keep accurate records

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

That benefits is keeps a records of scanned documents. so if you loose a hard copy your able to retreive a soft copy.

"Easy invoicing right from gmail"

What do you like best?

QuickBooks Invoicing for Gmail makes invoicing very simple straight from a gmail account. It does not require any accounting experience and adoption is easy.

What do you dislike?

I do not find anything I do not like in QuickBooks Invoicing for Gmail though I do not think it would be best for a large organization.

"Makes invoicing efficient and easy"

What do you like best?

I like that it connects all my accounts in one making invoicing easy, and quick

What do you dislike?

it can be difficult to remember all the correct passwords and sometimes it takes a bit to get logged back in

test out it's abilities and ease in connecting with your current G Suite products. Ensure that the invoicing works for you based on how your clients bill you, and that you are able to accept the wallet payments.

I use it to invoice clients as well as connect to my gmail account and g suite where I have all my business information, forms, and PNL

"Quickbooks for gmail - G suite"

What do you like best?

I can invoice customers as fast as the emails come in without having to leave gmail.

What do you dislike?

Error messages appear on a semi-regular basis, eventually we uninstalled the program because of this.

Need more trained support staff to help walk through error messages

The time saving benefit is huge - not having to go to a seperate program to invoice is key.

"Seamless usage - much better than drafting invoices from scratch"

What do you like best?

Invoices look professional and are easy to create. Compared to Publisher, the invoices look more authentic.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I really dislike except using this on a MacBook is not as easy to adjust to. Also, I wish there was an Outlook Integration for Mac users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it! It's truly wonderful to use, seamless to learn! The only thing I would recommend is to be accustomed to using Gmail.

Issuing invoices to clients, vendors, contractors, etc. Also, retaining records of invoices (when they are paid or if they are pending payment) helps a lot.

I love how within Gmail, I am able to invoice my customers without leaving the email. and the best part is that it is free.

I wish it had more programs like this, but nothing major!

I like the quick sync over to gmail and how the layout auto creates a PDF
