The most obvious difficulty that we faced while using this software is that their features are not much advanced as compared to its competitors because it cannot provide the great features to the big size business companies. The another problem of this software is that This software is very difficult for new users and it is not so easy to learn and they cannot used all its features. QuickBooks is the product which has the ability too assign classes in creating rules for the electronic bank transaction. We can add users very easily and therefore do not need to pass the file back and forth. Before, I had forget that my bookkeeper is working on my file or data and would make changes, which may cause big problem or issue. But now with the help of this tool this is no longer an issue. QuickBooks is a accounting suite but it creates bit issues which makes our work annoying and frustrating. We can say email invoicing is also an issue, QuickBooks doesn't have good alerts for when we have a bad email address for our clients this may creates problems or destroy the work effort. QuickBooks does not have the way of automatically adding late payment penalties into the invoicing process.
