Fairly easy to navigate and if there is ever a problem customer support is always available. There is hardly ever any wait time with phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is sometimes where the system will glitch. Or little quirks like the paycheck preview screen being too small to view all information at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using QuickBooks for 7 years now. I use it on a daily basis and love how simple it is to use. I use it mainly for inputting bills invoices and keeping track of inventory and receiving payments. It has intergration with Field Edge that we also use. Customer support is great and they respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are honestly no dislikes about QuickBooks. I would not see myself using another software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like having all of my financial information in one place, the ease of creating and sending invoices, having merchant services and Outlook integrations, and having my bookkeeper be able to use it to keep everything up to date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have taken away the simple purchase model and moved to a subscription only model This has increased my cost 4 fold and I have zero additional value for the added cost. also Sometimes when Outlook makes SW updates they are incompatible with QB and I have a hard time sending invoices. Also, the integrated merchant services from Intuit are very expensive. There are many other 3rd parties that are cheaper. I use one of those and the integration works well enough to have the slight hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE QB Desktop. It is the best way to manage and control your bookkeeping information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some gitchy features that Intuit seems unable/unwilling to fix due to their huge push for everyone to move to QB Online. I wish we had a better optin for time-tracking (integrated) and for HR maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
