It's more challenging than the normal version especially if somebody is not an accountant or has a background in accounting. There to many paid add-ins and you do not get enough features that are complementary and supposed to be complementary like backup which is complementary in Microsoft Office. The service from the team is not very consistent. The software is also not up to date compared to it's counterparts in other words the company is not adapting to the features in it's industry. Their push to move to online and triple increase in prices have made them impossible to work with. I have spent more than 12 hours with them chatting online and on the phone and the issue is still not resolved. Their support system is anitiquated and although the reps are friendly, they cannot solve a simple issue of an email address change.
