The most important feature I see it missing is the ability to account for retention billings. Although I have a work around, there is absolutely no sure-fire way to track retention with this software. Years ago, I had an employee doing my billing. She FORGOT to bill retention on several projects, costing me a lot of money. I have pointed this out to the QB staff and submitted requests over the past 10 years, only to be told that QB takes its suggestions from clients very seriously. Well, I can tell you that is not true. If you look through the comments on the QB site, many contractors are asking for the same thing.
