"Quick book synchronizer customer service needs help"

What do you like best about Quickbook Synchronizer?

The idea is really great-being able to synchronize all your accounting and inventory accounts into one software. I just really wish that they had the customer service team to help deal with the inevitable issues that come with this kind of software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbook Synchronizer?

The customer service is absolutely garbage. Getting into contact with them takes days, the customer service team hardly know what they are doing and there have been a lot of software crashes that delay sending/receiving payments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbook Synchronizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

If the customer service team knew what they were doing enough to handle basic communication and the ins and outs of the software, it’d be worth sticking with it. Unfortunately that is not the case Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
