From day one, Quickbidata delivers the core reports a CFO or financial controller needs: income statement (P&L) by company, cost center, department or project; cash flow statement using the indirect method; daily treasury position and cash forecasting at 30, 60 and 90 days with scenarios; working capital metrics such as DSO, DPO, DIO and cash conversion cycle; accounts receivable and payable aging; budgeting and forecasting with budget vs actuals; financial ratios with targets and alerts; project profitability; and multi-company, multi-currency consolidation with intercompany eliminations. Every figure is traceable down to the original journal entry, which keeps month-end close, audits and board reporting consistent and reliable. Each month, Quickbidata builds finance stories: ready-to-share management reports that combine KPIs, charts, tables and an AI-written commentary explaining what changed and why. Reports can be exported to PDF and PowerPoint for board meetings, investors and banks. When something is missing, users simply ask. The AI financial assistant answers questions in plain language, as in a chat, using the company's own ERP data: why EBITDA dropped against budget, which customers are paying later, how much cash will be available at month-end, or which department is over budget. Answers include the figure, a chart and where the data comes from, and can be framed from a CFO, controller, CEO or investor perspective. Any answer can be saved as a report and updated automatically. Quickbidata is built for finance teams, CFOs, controllers and CEOs at SMEs and mid-market companies, including groups with several legal entities, as well as for accounting and advisory firms that want to offer recurring financial reporting and outsourced CFO services to their clients. Implementation typically takes three to four weeks and includes ERP connection, chart-of-accounts mapping and setup of the management model. Security is built in: read-only ERP access, data hosted in the European Union in compliance with GDPR, role-based permissions, and customer data is never used to train AI models.
