"Easy Custom App Building with Drag-and-Drop, Automation, and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build and update applications as our needs evolve. The drag-and-drop interface is straightforward, and the automation and reporting tools make it easier for us to manage data and stay on top of work without constantly needing support from developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase is easy to use for most day-to-day tasks, but some of the more advanced features take a little time to learn. When you start building more complex applications, having some technical knowledge can be helpful. I also feel the interface could be refreshed in a few areas so it looks more modern and is easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Customizable—Quickbase Centralized Our Projects in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

It’s incredibly customizable. Nearly anything I’ve wanted to do (or that others in my org have asked for) seems possible. It sometimes takes a bit of Googling and some time to figure out how to make it happen, but there are plenty of resources out there (Quickbase University, Quickbase Community, office hours) to help me work through different use cases. Before Quickbase, we had multiple spreadsheets that were owned by different people to track all of our projects. Now almost everything we do lives in one place, with one owner but everyone has the access they need. The pricing seemed high for us because we're a small company with only a few employees, and we'll likely never meet the minimum users required. But we keep finding uses for it that make it more valuable all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Because we’re a small company with only a few users, I do wish there were plans available with lower user limits, though I understand they need to cover their costs and turn a profit. The learning curve was pretty steep for me; there were plenty of days I went home frustrated because I knew what I wanted to do was possible, but I just couldn’t figure out how to do it. At the time, Quickbase University had a ton of content to help me learn, but some of it felt outdated since they had recently released several new features along with an updated UI. Lately, I’ve noticed that a lot of the Quickbase U content has been refreshed to match the current UI, so it should be easier for new folks who are just getting started. "One Dashboard to Replace Spreadsheets—Quickbase Was Totally Worth It"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I liked being able to see everything in one dashboard. We didn’t expect Quickbase to replace as many spreadsheets as it did, and it did so excellently. The reminders helped us stay on top of deadlines and keep things moving. Overall, it was totally worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I think the templates could be better, and the navigation could be easier. Mobile functionality definitely needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best-in-Class Automation Pipeline with an Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

The pipeline for automation is best because it let us automate the repetitive tasks across with external systems and across applications. The AI can import spreadsheet to build database filled with data and with customer data details. The AI knowledge system makes it UI very simple and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase is powerful for creating application but the current sandbox is unable to receive new updates for features this makes it dead end for future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible and Easy-to-Use Platform for Our Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like Quickbase for its flexibility, making it easy to customize workflows and automate tasks to fit our needs. It helps us reduce manual work, save time, and keep workflows organized. The initial setup was fairly easy, even though it took some time to tailor it to our specific processes. We switched to Quickbase from spreadsheets and a few manual processes, which has made our workflow much easier to manage. Using Quickbase alongside tools like Microsoft Excel and email helps keep our workflows connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I find the learning curve a little steep at first, and some features could be more intuitive for me as a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom Apps and Easy Integrations with Quickbase"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

With Quickbase, I can create custom applications based on our requirements, especially for project tracking, without needing to know programming. It also pulls information from third-party integrations, such as project tools or a CRM, which reduces the need to manually copy data from one app to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Honestly, I can't find any serious difficulty while using it regularly, just price jumps high when we upgrade to higher number of licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Fit with AI That Helps Only When You Need It"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

It perfectly fits into our background, which is exactly what we were looking for. I adore how AI features don’t force their way in whatever I do and only show up when I really need them to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase should focus on making every feature truly live up to its name by being easy to find and access. In my experience, it takes solid planning rather than quick fixes for the platform to show its real strengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase AI + No-Code Tools Save Time on Imports and Data Entry"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like the AI features in Quickbase. They make it easy to import spreadsheets and scan documents, which cuts down the manual time I spend on data entry. The no-code functionality is one of the best parts for me, because it lets me drag and drop files without having to beg IT teams or wait weeks to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Its new features doesn't fit well by its bugs and the sandbox environment also comes with limitations which restricts the action and webhooks for testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
