"Dashboard Insights and Role-Based Permissions Keep Us on Track"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Its dashboard exposed that our biggest delay was not the execution, but the waiting list of updates.

We always thought that our projects were not connected somehow, and we needed integrations for that. We did implement integrations, but it turned out our tools were the ones behind the problem.

I specifically love role-based permissions, as they keep our platform secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I don’t like having to keep an eye on custom workflows every day, because it disrupts my productivity. Role-based permissions are great, but they can make onboarding feel limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase’s No-Code Builder Made Custom Cargo Tracking Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

It was genuinely helpful for my day-to-day cargo ops work at airport. I used it to track shipment status and ground-handling tasks, and I could set up custom fields for our specific workflow without needing any IT support. What stood out most was how the dashboards gave me a quick, real-time view of where everything stood, and the automated alerts helped me catch delays before they turned into bigger problems. In an airport environment where timing is everything, that made a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Honestly, the setup took longer than I expected. Building custom workflows for our cargo tracking needs involved a fair amount of trial and error, especially when I was trying to figure out how to link different tables together. That part had a noticeably steeper learning curve than other tools I’ve used. Pricing also felt a bit steep, which could be a real hurdle for smaller teams or departments working with tighter budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Centralizes Project Data with Customizable Apps and Powerful Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is how it centralizes project data and automates workflows without requiring extensive coding knowledge. The platform is also highly customizable, which makes it straightforward to build applications tailored to specific business needs. Its dashboards, reporting tools, and collaboration features give clear visibility into project progress, helping teams stay organized, boost productivity, and make data-driven decisions more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

While Quickbase is very flexible, the initial learning curve can be tough for new users because of the many customization options available. Some of the more advanced capabilities—like complex workflow automation and detailed application configuration—take time and practice to master. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when you’re managing larger applications with multiple forms and reports. Even with these minor drawbacks, the platform is reliable overall and becomes much easier to use as you gain experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Despite a few integration limitations with some third-party tools, Quickbase’s support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance. Because of their professional behavior, I am happy with their reliable services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wish I had listened to IT sooner! Love Quickbase!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Our company switched from Salesforce to Quickbase for our CRM functions. It’s been much easier to build, configure, and update than Salesforce, and I honestly wish we had listened to our IT Director sooner. The transition was smoother and easier than I expected, and we’re already up and running with more functionality than we had in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Sometimes finding the right combination of features or feature help can be cumbersome, but I normally find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Dashboards and Great Performance in One Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

The customizable dashboards have gradually become one of my favorite features. With a single click, I can quickly see deadlines, progress, and pending work, instead of having to manually check every project. Overall, the performance of this platform is great. The way it is providing great services, I would say we are getting our money's worth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

During our first few days with Quickbase, we underestimated how much planning would be needed before building applications. A better orientation would have saved us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Customization and Powerful Integrations with Quickbase"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase lets us build what we need without being locked into a rigid system. I like that we can create pipelines and customize how data flows between apps and tables. It’s also helpful that we can use bulk upserts and other tools to handle large amounts of data efficiently. The ability to integrate with external tools, like APIs, is another big plus for us. It’s not perfect, but it gives us the tools to figure things out and make it work for our needs. Definitely!! Definitely!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

It feels more limited than custom code, and when I’m working with extremely large data sets, the system can sometimes become slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

I use Quickbase to manage projects, track tasks, and organize team workflows in one place, which keeps everything organized and saves time. What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build custom workflows without much coding. The no-code workflow builder makes it easy to adapt Quickbase to different projects, enabling us to respond faster and keep our work organized. The initial setup was straightforward, with importing data and creating our first workflows being simple, allowing us to start using it with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The interface can feel a bit outdated, and some advanced customization options take time to learn. I'd also like to see faster performance when working with larger datasets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Custom App Building with Drag-and-Drop, Automation, and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build and update applications as our needs evolve. The drag-and-drop interface is straightforward, and the automation and reporting tools make it easier for us to manage data and stay on top of work without constantly needing support from developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase is easy to use for most day-to-day tasks, but some of the more advanced features take a little time to learn. When you start building more complex applications, having some technical knowledge can be helpful. I also feel the interface could be refreshed in a few areas so it looks more modern and is easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
