"Quickbase Helped Us Track Emerging Tech Pilots with Efficiency."
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I handle lots of Blockchain Technologies projects, so I got a lot of pilots running at the same time. What I liked was how I could build my own tracking app without waiting on IT. The dashboards show me where each project stands and I get alerts when something falls behind. Permissions are useful too since some of our blockchain research is confidential and I don't want everyone poking around in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Setting up some of the automations was more of a challenge. I'm not a developer and linking tables together took me a few tries to get right. The interface feels busy sometimes and I find myself clicking around trying to find what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Uncovered Hidden Inefficiencies in Our Portfolio Strategy."
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I liked most was how the dashboards made it obvious that our projects weren't actually behind, it was the approvals process holding everything up. I work as a Strategy & Portfolio Advisor so I deal with a lot of moving parts. We always thought we needed more integrations, but turns out we just couldn't see the bottlenecks before. The permissions are nice too, keeps sensitive stuff locked down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Building things with Quickbase takes longer than I expected. I'm not a developer and some of the table linking gets confusing. I had to redo a couple of reports because I set them up wrong. Also the interface feels busy sometimes, hard to find what you need right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Compliance Tracking in One Place."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

For me the best part is having all our compliance tracking in one spot finally. Before this I had like six different spreadsheets going and it was getting ridiculous trying to keep everything straight. Now I can pull up dashboards and see where each audit finding stands without digging through emails. I also like that I can tweak things myself when our team needs changes instead of waiting on IT to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

We didn't plan enough before we started building projects and we had to go back and redo some things which wasted time. The system can drag a bit when you're working with larger datasets too and it gets annoying when you're rushing to get reports done. Also some of the more advanced features are kinda hidden and hard to find if you don't already know where to look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Keeps Our Global Policy Workflows Organized."
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase helps us keep everything in one place. I like that I can build forms and workflows without coding. For example, when we update a policy, I made a workflow that makes each regional team check off compliance steps before it moves forward. I manage policy projects across different regions. It's also easy to change things when priorities shift, which happens a lot with global teams. The dashboards give me a quick view of where everything stands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Setting it up took longer than I expected. You really have to plan everything out before you start building, and we definetly missed a few things early on. Some of the automation features are not that easy to figure out either. The interface could be cleaner too, especially when you have multiple apps open. It's not terrible but it could be better. Also the pricing feels high for what you get in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Helps Us Build R&D Workflows."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like that I don't have to wait on our dev team for every little thing. I work as a Research Analyst and we got a lot of small projects and experiments going on. Quickbase lets me throw together a tracking app pretty fast. I can add forms, set up some basic automations, and share it with my team within a day or two. The pipeline feature is handy for sending notifications when somethings up. It works for what we need day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The storage gets eaten up quick with attachments and documents we upload for our R&D projects. I ran into this problem a few times where I had to delete old files just to make room for the new ones. Also some of the formula is confusing and the documentation doesn't always help. I spent way too longfiguring out why a pipeline kept failing only to find out it was a permission setting I missed. "Simple Low-Code UI with Powerful Custom Forms, Reports, and Dashboards"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

The best in Quickbase is that its UI is very simple to describe low code even people who aren't familiar with IT can build tools to solve their problems instantly. I can also like how it help to build custom forms, charts, build reports and customize dashboard without any third party BI tool to visualize project status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Managing a big database, heavy reporting, and a huge number of users can sometimes make it sluggish and harder to operate smoothly. Pricing also goes up if you exceed the user limit, especially when a large company has many members using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Simplifies Data Management with a User-Friendly, Customizable Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is its user-friendly interface and how much it simplifies data management. During my internship at AAICLAS in Varanasi, it helped me organize information efficiently and made it easy to track records without having to rely on complex spreadsheets. I also appreciated that workflows could be customized to fit operational needs, which improved productivity and reduced manual effort. Overall, it’s an easy-to-use platform that helps teams manage their work more effectively and keep information organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

One thing I dislike about Quickbase is that some features take time to learn, especially for new users. Certain customizations and advanced functions aren’t very intuitive without proper training, so there can be a learning curve at the beginning. At times, the platform can also feel a bit slow when you’re working with large amounts of data. That said, once you become familiar with it, it gets much easier to use and navigate. "Powerful for Campaign Tracking."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

As I'm always juggling different campaigns and experiments, Quickbase helps me keep everything straight. Like last quarter we ran this promo in a few cities and I could see live how each one was doing while playing the role of a growth product manager. Made it easy to shift budget to the cities that were working. I also built a simple app to track all our ops requests because before that stuff was just getting lost in Slack. The automations save me from sending those annoying reminder emails every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Sometimes I can't find reports I made a few weeks ago because everything is buried in menus. I also tried building something to track rider feedback across our different campaigns and got totally lost with how tables connect to each other. Had to ask one of our devs to help me sort it out. Price is on the higher side too which is tough for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Streamlines Operational Data with Custom Dashboards and Automated Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is how it lets you organize and manage operational data in one place without needing advanced programming knowledge. During my cargo internship at Calicut Airport, I felt that a platform like Quickbase would be especially useful for tracking cargo movements, managing workflows, and improving coordination across different teams. The customizable forms and dashboards, along with automated workflows, can reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and provide real-time visibility into operations. Overall, it seems like it would make day-to-day processes smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

One drawback of Quickbase is that some of its more advanced customization and automation features come with a learning curve for new users. The interface can also feel a bit complex when you’re setting up applications for the first time, and certain advanced capabilities may require extra training or stronger technical knowledge. That said, once users become familiar with the platform, it gets much easier to manage processes and streamline workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Streamlines Client Delivery with Flexible Low-Code Apps and Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

As part of my role at Accenture, I've used Quickbase to manage client delivery, track project activities, and streamline operational workflows. One of the things I value most is how quickly we can build and customize applications without relying heavily on development resources. This has been especially helpful when clients need process changes or additional tracking fields during an active project. The workflow automation features have made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day work. We use automated notifications, approval workflows, and status updates to keep project teams aligned and reduce manual follow-ups. The dashboards and reporting capabilities provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into project health, resource utilization, and outstanding actions, making client status meetings much more productive.Another strength is the platform's flexibility. Every client has unique business processes, and Quickbase allows us to configure applications to match those requirements without lengthy implementation cycles. It has also helped consolidate information that was previously spread across spreadsheets and emails, improving collaboration between consulting teams and client stakeholders.

One unexpected benefit has been how easily non-technical users can adopt the platform. After a brief onboarding period, project managers and business users were able to update records, generate reports, and monitor progress without depending on technical support, which accelerated decision-making and improved overall project transparency.

Overall, Quickbase has been a valuable platform for managing client engagements, improving process visibility, and automating repetitive operational tasks. Its flexibility and low-code capabilities make it well-suited for consulting environments where business requirements can evolve quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

While Quickbase is highly flexible, there are a few areas that could be improved. As applications grow in complexity, managing relationships, formulas, and automations can become difficult, especially for larger enterprise implementations. Better tools for documenting dependencies and troubleshooting workflows would make ongoing maintenance much easier. The user interface is functional but feels dated in certain areas compared to newer low-code platforms. Some advanced customizations also require a learning curve, which can slow down onboarding for new users who aren't familiar with the platform. Reporting and dashboard capabilities cover most business needs, but creating highly customized visualizations sometimes requires additional effort or integration with external BI tools. More modern charting options and greater flexibility in dashboard design would be welcome. Performance can occasionally be impacted when working with large datasets or applications containing many interconnected tables and automations. Improving scalability and providing more detailed performance insights would help administrators optimize applications more effectively. Overall, these are areas for refinement rather than major drawbacks. The platform remains reliable and flexible, but enhancements to usability, performance, and analytics would make it even stronger for enterprise teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
