What do you like best about Quickbase?

The connectivity with others app and software we use at the enterprise is just perfect to synchronize all the data to create really useful info into the Quick Base. The easy way to create forms, reports and many types of charts is pretty well. . . The way of presenting the info is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Maybe the first time I did a relationship, but you can resolve that issue studying a little. . . There's missing a Quick Base manual for amateur and of course, for experts. . . It's been a long learning way to have and we have now, and it's not finished yet, so I hope that someone can do this manuals to improve the very first experience for the users.

They also need to create anchors on the tabs, so you can redirect directly to an specific tab of an specific form. . . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Quickbase:

I didn't like it at first cause I was only a user, but now, I am making my own app for the my company. Is so useful if you know how to take the maximum advantage. The Quick Base people is always offering training and certifications. So, it is possible to became and expert if you want to. . . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecting the accounting software and the control project software with Quick Base let us use the earned value method, so we can have a pretty certain projection (on the go), of how the well the project is and will be in terms of cost and time. . . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Introduction of SQL in formula query"

What do you like best about Quickbase?

I started using Quickbase recently for my work, i love no code to low code usage in Quickbase. But one thing I miss the most in Quickbase is the column customization option. I worked with Looker in my previous company and it provided an option to use SQL if we wanted to add a custom column and I wish with Quickbase being a most versatile tool, if they could add an option of using SQL as part of their formula query, it would increase the ability to create and use custom columns. What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase overall is user friendly with clean UX/UI. The ability to generate reports, forms, and tables are neccessary to keep business on track. Customer service is top notch and there is an entire web community willing to assist with feedback. Most issues can be resolved by reading through the community feedback. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Least helpful is the similar to what I like. Customer service is great but they are only M-F. The web community is great but it is time consuming to research. For the cost, it would be a better platform if someone was designated to help get the data up and running. At this point, I definitely needed a raise in pay to cover all the hours I put in. Instead, the web community and support tickets are in place versus paying an additional freelancer to assist. It took our business a better half of a year to get up and running due to lack of time in my schedule to research, understand, and implement. Back ups of data when needed can get tricky if it's the weekend and you didn't do a manual save. A version history would be wonderful to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
