## Quickbase Reviews
  ### 1. Made Every Project More Manageable and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie T. | Principal Software Engineer, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Every project felt more manageable than before. I liked how the platform grew with our work instead of limiting it. We rarely lost track of ongoing work.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

To be honest, when I first started, I wasn’t sure where to begin, but Quickbase grew as time passed. Although it is a fully automated tool, some reports demanded manual tweaking.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were finally able to manage multiple projects at the same time without feeling overwhelmed. I also no longer had to rely on anyone else to remember project details. Overall, it helped me move away from messy coordination and toward a more organized way of working.

  ### 2. An eye-opening experience to fill your mind with clever ideas and to learn more about the platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The ability to customize information and capabilities throughout the business, and tailored to a widely dispersed employment base. Always accurate and dependable.

Our company depends on the QB platform for everyday use, I don't know where we would be without it.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The helpdesk. More often than not, when a case is submitted, it takes a long time for the support after the first interaction. I recently had a scenario where I published an updated app from the sandbox, but I could not find any documentation on migrating the sandbox pipeline to the production app. The person had to go research it themselves. A day or more when by and I finally figured it out on my own and let the tech know.

I simply felt that the pipeline helpdesk crew should have known the process or point me in the correct direction - they did not.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time !! if we are observing a situation that has become time consuming, we will figure out a way to automate it. If we can do it manually on computers, it can be automated through QB

  ### 3. Quickbase: Seamless Integrations and Reliable Project Management Under Pressure

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia Z. | Senior Database Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has improved our project management journey in several truly game-changing ways. It integrates seamlessly with multiple systems, offers a smooth onboarding experience, and continues to perform reliably even when things are under high pressure.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I personally haven’t encountered any negative aspect of Quickbase other than being highly competitive in its market.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase strikes a good balance between project flexibility and standardized protocols overall. The live dashboards provide balanced visibility across our work, and the improved reporting helps us make more informed operational decisions. It also handles both small tasks and large initiatives very well.

  ### 4. Simple for End Users, Powerful Dashboards and Customization in Quickbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart M. | Plant Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase works for us because it’s simple for the end users. That’s the most important thing when you’ve got people of different ages and varying levels of aptitude using the system. If it’s too complicated, it’s hard to get buy-in and get it off the ground. Quickbase is easy to use and quick to implement, which is what we needed. While it’s simple to use on the surface, the system itself is quite complex in the background, allowing us to do a lot with formulas and dashboards. We’ve been able to mould it to suit our needs, and the dashboards have been very useful for reporting.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The format is very basic when it comes to printing documents.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, everything was done on paper: pre-user operator checks, defect reporting, all of it. Moving to Quickbase has digitized those processes, and the benefits have been clear. The turnaround time for reporting and addressing faults or defects is much faster now. For example, during a recent audit on work equipment, I demonstrated how we use Quickbase for checks and defect reporting. The auditor was impressed, even taking screenshots of the system during the demonstration. We ended up with a 100% pass rate, the first time that’s ever happened, and the auditor said it was the best audit they’d ever had. That’s a direct result of how Quickbase has helped us streamline and improve our processes.

  ### 5. Highly Customizable Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like the Customization and ease of use, no matter what industry you are in the organization and potential structure can help.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The lack of consistency across teams, it seems there isn't a clear direction always for the future or next steps with products.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many internal communications to track at my company and this was a great way to be able to see them in a calendar view or a list view, as well as track which were slated to be featured on the homepage and, at the end of the year, be able to pull out a report broken out by organization (ie: how many emails Tech had featured on the homepage compared to how many total emails were sent etc).

  ### 6. Client Security is Key!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica D. W. | Assistant Site Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how easy the pages load. I also feel confident about our clients personal information being safe.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Currently, I do not have any complaints about Quickbase.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping client data secure is important to me as a Tax Preparer. This benefits my clients in feeling confident to give me their personal information and I benefit by having happy clients.

  ### 7. Easy App Creation, Reliable Integrations, and Responsive Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The different options for app creation are generally helpful to have some variance in pathways to handle data. I like attending the presentations on what is being worked on as it makes it pretty clear that Quickbase is interested in improving the overall user experience.
The daily use is easy and implementing new reports are easy more often than not. We don't do a lot of integration where I'm at, but the entire start of the revenue process is initiated through integration and it works consistently. The few times I have used Customer Support, they were quick to answer my questions and were able to provide good information that I needed to get the best possible understanding of a new function.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I suspect that our company is starting to grow too large for Quickbase to handle all of the data that we have. It's more of a small business data management than what our business currently is evolving into. So it can be super slow and crash a fair amount when dealing with larger data sets. I often have to refresh the browser for all of the features to re-populate. It can be extremely slow using custom built calendars and forecasting management applications. Most employees use it daily, and we have a lot of data, so I think it's doing the best it can. Currently, there are not useful ways our company can use Quickbase AI because no confidential information can be used in there per the Quickbase AI information page and confirmation with Quickbase Help. There is a pretty big discrepancy with that because in some of the presentations, the speakers are telling people that it's ok to use confidential information with Quickbase AI, but that's not the case. There should be clear alignment so users' information isn't subject to vulnerabilities.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works well as a data and revenue management tool. We have complex contracts and are able to manage them pretty well through different applications and tables to get the best possible metrics on the data.

  ### 8. Easy Project Tracking with Powerful Automation and Custom Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Sales Development Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I liked how easy it was to track project progress and deadlines, organize projects and tasks, and access projects from both desktop and mobile devices. The workflow automation and dashboard customization also did wonders. It worked effectively for all of our departments.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

We loved working with Quickbase, but managing some of our larger projects was a bit difficult at times.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its automated notifications feature keeps us on track with our deliveries, so no more missed deadlines due to a lack of reminders. Real-time activity tracking has improved transparency over the departments, so the issue of lack of accountability for project activities has been addressed.

  ### 9. Saves Time with No-Code Workflows, but Pricing and Learning Curve Can Be Tough

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajveer S. | Educational Visit, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase no-code app builder lets non-developers create custom workflows and databases quickly, which has saved our team a lot of time compared to relying on IT for every small change.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Pricing can get expensive as you scale up users and apps, and the interface has a bit of a learning curve for anyone without prior database or app-building experience. Some of the more advanced customizations also require formula logic that isn't always intuitive to pick up at first.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has reduced data entry errors and given our team real-time visibility into project status without needing to chase updates over email.

  ### 10. Centralized and User-Friendly, Slight Performance Lags

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I really like how user-friendly Quickbase is. It allows for automated workflows and centralizes everything in one place, so we don't have to deal with messy spreadsheets anymore. Using Quickbase saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. The centralized data feature has been one of the biggest advantages for us. Before Quickbase, information was scattered across multiple Excel files, shared drives, and emails, making it hard to keep track of updates or know which is correct. With Quickbase, everything lives in one place, so the whole team is always looking at the most up-to-date information.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I experience speed and responsiveness issues when working with larger datasets in Quickbase. Sometimes the page takes ages to load or refresh, especially when multiple users are updating records at the same time.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to manage workflows more easily, saving time, reducing manual errors, and eliminating messy spreadsheets. It centralizes data, which keeps my team updated with accurate information and avoids the hassle of manual entry we had with Excel.

  ### 11. Quickbase: Simple Database Building with Powerful Automations and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The most helpful thing about Quickbase is its simplicity when creating databases. Compared to other tools, Quickbase makes it really easy to create lookup fields from child to parent and even in the opposite direction. It is a very user-friendly platform with great automation and integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The only downside is that you become dependent on those automations, and some integrations require code, for which there isn’t much flexibility within Quickbase. Quickbase is excellent for small to medium-sized companies that need to handle day-to-day processes. For more complex needs or large-scale operations, however, it may cause some problems, as they require more customization (code).

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps us track some of our main processes with simplicity and a user-friendly environment. Our business often requires updates to our processes, architecture, and integrations, and Quickbase helps us adapt to all of these changes very easily.

  ### 12. Quickbase Centralizes Project Data with Flexible Dashboards and Native Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is a tool that allows us to centralize and manage a lot of our project data in one place. One of the things I appreciate is how it captures all the data we need for our projects, like overviews, current activities, requirements, scorecards, risks, and more. It’s flexible enough that we’ve been able to create dashboards and forms that fit our needs, even though we’ve had to manipulate them a bit to make them more presentation-ready. I also like that Quickbase has native tools for document generation and email functionality, which we’ve been using to streamline some of our processes. The ability to integrate with other tools and potentially consolidate everything into one platform is a big draw for us.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Limited charts at the moment for data analysis, but I am sure the Quickbase team are working on additional ones in the future. More output capabilities for the data and dashboards especially in a PowerPoint format.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, we struggled with scattered data and manual processes that made it hard to manage projects efficiently. For example, we had to create PowerPoint slides separately, upload them into Quickbase, and then link them back to dashboards. This was time-consuming and created duplicate efforts. Reporting was another challenge because getting dashboards into a shareable format like PDFs was clunky and left a lot of blank spaces. With Quickbase, we’ve been able to centralize much of our project management data and create dashboards that give us a clearer view of project statuses. We’ve also used its document generation tools to create forms and reports that look more polished and are easier to share. While there’s still room for improvement, like better native support for PowerPoint or more seamless Gantt chart printing, Quickbase has helped us reduce some of the manual work and inefficiencies we faced before. It’s also opened up possibilities for integrating more of our processes into one platform, which is something we’re actively exploring.

  ### 13. Streamlines Workflow with Intuitive Forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I use various apps in Quickbase for procurement, plant inspection, and employee records, and I find it simplifies everything that needs a form-like interaction. Quickbase lets the next person know when it's their turn to step in, keeping things moving smoothly. I like that you can make really straightforward apps, which are easy to use and don't take a lot of training for an end user. I've mostly used the forms function, which helps make the ordering process easy with streamlined and detailed interaction with the procurement team. Additionally, we received support from their team, which made setting up Quickbase easy.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The apps I use are dialed in to our needs, so as far as my interaction goes with Quickbase, there are no current issues.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase simplifies form interactions, records details, supports search in past submissions, and streamlines the ordering process with the procurement team.

  ### 14. Intuitive and Adaptable, Perfect for Educators

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like that I can edit the information of a group of students at the same time using the grid edit function of Quickbase. I also appreciate that it is an adaptable system, which allows me to make changes easily when necessary. The initial setup was super easy because Quickbase is intuitive and very easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The view of some tables could be more user-friendly. I would like you to improve them by making it possible to see all the information on a single page or by making them more colorful.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my job, we use Quickbase every day to efficiently manage student information, easily accessing their profiles. It allows me to edit data for multiple students simultaneously, which makes my job easier. This system allows us to have all the student data in one place so that we can all access it.

  ### 15. User-Friendly Interface with Excessive Notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zephaniah P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like that Quickbase has a user interface that's pretty simple to navigate. I also like how the webpages are organized, making it easy to review order details. It's great that I can easily see the reports, whether they're waiting for approval or need warehouse tracking and shipping information. Plus, I can quickly access details about who placed the order, when, and how much each item is worth. Setting up Quickbase was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I do not like the amount of email notifications for reports. I wish there were less, maybe just two: one for the front half of the week and another for the back half of the week to track ordering and shipping statuses. I would like to receive less material release email reports.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase for ordering parts, reviewing orders, and arranging shipping. The interface is simple, making it easy to navigate and review order details.

  ### 16. All-in-One App with Every Feature We Need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maridel M. | L2 Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

For my company, I like this app because it has a lot of features. Pretty much everything we need is here, so we don’t have to access another app. Our payroll logins are here, our work tracker is here, and we can also use it for coaching logs, appraisal logs, plotting OT, and even creating tickets for our company IT. Having all of these in one app brings a lot of benefits for us employees.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Sometimes the app runs slowly, which affects our productivity and overall experience. In my case, I also keep having problems logging in, and I’m not sure why.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, they are asking for a code every month.

  ### 17. Quickbase Reports Deliver Insights Fast—and App Building Is Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

What I like most about Quickbase is the reports! As long as the form is built out properly, it can give me everything I need to know around a certain sector of work. Also, as an app builder, it's fairly easy to build, and there are lots of options to look for help when stuck.

Customers find that it is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I'm really not sure there is anything that I dislike about the program.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Across the country, we have to create consistency with reporting. Before we had many of our apps, the inconsistency was creating confusion and frustration for our internal customers, which in turn did the same for our frontline employees.

  ### 18. No-Code Champion for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love Quickbase's ease of use for end-users and how it's easy to build and extend applications. It's great that there's no code development, allowing me to create and expand applications effortlessly. I can build complex workflows using a mix of Pipelines and Zapier, and we use Tableau for advanced dashboarding while Quickbase's own dashboards guide real-time analytics. I appreciate that there's no infrastructure to worry about and that the governance lets us lock down rows and columns for specific groups. Moving data in and out of Quickbase is simple, and it's easy to connect with other workflow tools. The initial setup was easy, and building applications was straightforward, making it a good fit even though we don't have a development team. We're saving money by handling finance and CRM in Quickbase, avoiding the need for other tools. I'm looking forward to the new AI capabilities too.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Would love to see more direct connections to cloud databases. I'm excited for the new AI features.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase as a backend for operations like capturing financials and CRM. It allows no code development, saving money by consolidating tools. It helps build complex workflows without a development team, easing data movement and connections with other tools.

  ### 19. Effective balance of UI and customization but pursuit of gen AI and increasing costs are concerning

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has a decent user interface for new and non-technical users to be able to quickly create functional data applications. At the same time, it has enough technical features such as pipelines, API, and code pages to allow for a broad range of customization in the hands of more technical users. It's a good balance.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The cost and renewal process are disheartening. It's very clear there's a price that sales needs to meet and the relative cost of users, storage, API, etc. is adjusted to reach their desired price point regardless of how you alter your usage.

The focus on adding generative AI features seems short sighted and chasing a future share price or investor money at the expense of end user value. If the response to technical questions about generative AI is "we're all just figuring it out" it shouldn't be a product release.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making data entry and reporting accessible at all levels of the organization.

  ### 20. Outstanding Performance and Faster Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Faster onboarding helps new team members start contributing sooner, which naturally eases the workload for more experienced employees. From a performance standpoint, this platform is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The pricing offered by Quickbase becomes easier to justify with the passage of time, but the initial investment may feel heavy.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With improved UI/UX and smoother performance, we feel more confident trusting the platform for faster project updates and more actively maintained portfolios. Since adopting Quickbase, we’ve all noticed a clear, positive difference in our day-to-day workflow.

  ### 21. Quickbase Makes No-Code App Building Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian P. | Unit and Emergency Department Volunteer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

the best part of using quickbase is the low or no code requirement and the ease of building with no prior background. often with other softwares one of the largest constraints happens to be the learning curve required.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

the lack of helpful documentation on learning the system is something that poses a challenge at my org. there are details available online but we often find it not too helpful.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

many of the problems Quickbase is solving happens to be relating to simply helping digitize manual, excel based processes into more streamline approach in the system. this is helpful in our organization as many still rely on these manual processes which prevent scalability.

  ### 22. Quickbase Centralizes Customer Data and Streamlines Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Very useful for storing data in an organized fashion. Gives sales reps an easy to use form to both analyse customer data as well as update customer data depending on the changes they help the customers make. The connection between the applications allows for back office employees to implement updates and changes and everything be centralized in the Quickbase realm.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

As a back office employee I have run into issues with Quickbase connecting with other CRM's or things our business also uses to function outside of the Quickbase realm.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase is allowing for a centralized place all people within our organization can go to and utilize in order to connect with customers.

  ### 23. Flexible, Easy-to-Use Platform That Scales as You Grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is flexible and easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn’t have a coding background. I’ve been able to learn the system and build apps that meet our needs without needing deep technical expertise. The platform allows me to tweak and optimize based on what I’ve learned over time, which is helpful as our priorities shift. I also appreciate the training resources, like Quickbase University and the AI tools, which make it easier to build and improve apps. The ability to ask the system to create something and then refine it has been a big plus for me. It’s also great that Quickbase can scale with us as we grow and take on new use cases.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There are some features that do require more technical experience and sometimes the resolution time on requests is longer than I would have anticipated. But generally speaking, this is not the case.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, we didn’t have a centralized system to manage all the events we produce globally across various divisions. Our organization is very segmented, and data was scattered across different teams and systems. Quickbase has helped us pull all of our events into one database, which has been critical for exporting data to other teams across the organization and for feeding into tools like Power BI and even our internal AI program. It’s streamlined processes that were previously manual and time-consuming.

We’ve also used Quickbase to create a work order system that replaces email-based processes, making it easier for people to submit requests and track progress. Another benefit is the ability to onboard new team members quickly and get them up to speed with the apps we’ve built. As we continue to grow and align as a global organization, Quickbase is becoming a key tool for tying together operations and improving efficiency.

  ### 24. Streamlined Processes, Easy Deployment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I use Quickbase to create apps, making my business processes more efficient and interactive with various users or vendors. I appreciate that it consolidates many platforms into one, so everything can be found in a single place. I like how well it handles large data sets. It allows me to integrate different kinds of information, combining multiple processes into one for a more user-friendly experience. Everyone found the initial setup quite good and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I think the mobile version could be improved. It's not so interactive.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I create apps in Quickbase to make business processes more efficient, integrating different information and processes in one place, which simplifies user interactions.

  ### 25. Seamless Portal Management, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I really appreciate the ease of creating the app for our clients with QuickBase. The staff at QuickBase was very knowledgeable and helpful, even bringing their own ideas to assist us in creating certain workflows that we needed. They made the process very easy. The team continued to be supportive even with ongoing changes needed after the app was created. The fact that the app had a strong starting point was also very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

For what we use this application for, the acceptable volume of medical records could be larger.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase for our customer portal, allowing clients to log in, send referrals, and manage every aspect from receiving to delivering a final report. It simplifies creating apps and workflows, making it very easy with a helpful, knowledgeable staff.

  ### 26. Fast Prototyping, but Needs Better Engineering Tools

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam V. | Senior Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how Quickbase makes it easy to stand up stuff really quickly and get it into users' hands fast. The rapid prototyping ability is really great, and I appreciate how I can interact with it through pipelines and its query API. It's good for quickly standing up apps for our internal teams and iterating on them by getting user feedback. Also, the integration with custom software and other Quickbase applications is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

As a software engineer, I find that Quickbase breaks a lot of traditional software engineering rules, which is frustrating. For instance, you can't declare variables at the top of a pipeline and share them throughout, which I don't like. The UI could use a lot of work, especially in accessing logs and seeing how things ran. It's a painful process to sift through busy pipelines with every single step showing up, which is time-consuming. More traditional logging and the ability to search logs would be wonderful, especially when looking for specific IDs. Finally, the Solutions API is a very useful addition and I hope you continue to grow its capabilities. We have 4 environments (DEV, BETA, DEMO, and PROD) and being able to promote from one environment to another is a big help vs. by hand, but there are many more things that would be valuable there. For instance, being able to promote the ENTIRE app (schema, pipelines, and codepages) while mapping environment specific values from one environment to the next would be great. Also the ability to quickly standup a new environment and then merge its changes into another would be huge for teams of multiple developers (i.e. simulate branches in SCM tools like Git) so that multiple people can be working on a single release that will then be promoted to the next environment.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Quickbase helps us quickly set up tools for our operations team, sharing data seamlessly using pipelines and query APIs. It allows rapid prototyping, and the ease of standing up new integrations is valuable for connecting our custom apps.

  ### 27. Quickbase Streamlines Project Tracking and Keeps Everything Centralized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonahs G. | Project Manager, Integrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase makes it easier to keep track of daily progress on our projects. We’re able to log in and see exactly how much work has been done, like how many documents have been entered, and that helps us answer client questions quickly. It’s also helpful that Quickbase lets us upload our final product into file storage, so everything is organized and accessible. The ability to work remotely and still have everything centralized in Quickbase is a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Before Quickbase, we were doing everything in Excel, and it was hard to see day-to-day progress from our contractors. If a client called asking for an update, we’d have to dig through files manually, which took time. Now, with Quickbase, we can track daily progress and see exactly where things stand. It’s also helped us streamline how we manage our title reports, which are complex and involve a lot of moving parts. Quickbase has made it easier to keep everything connected and organized, from the run sheets to the mineral chains and leasehold chains. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a step forward in making our workflow more efficient and transparent.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase is solving our lack of real-time visibility, fragmented data, and manual reporting. Previously, project status, document counts, and contractor activity had to be tracked across spreadsheets and emails, which made it difficult to answer time-sensitive questions, forecast workload, and ensure consistency. With Quickbase, our data is centralized and structured, so we can see progress at a granular level, standardize workflows, and maintain a clear audit trail from source documents to final deliverables. This improves turnaround time, reduces manual errors, and allows us to give faster, more accurate updates while managing remote teams more effectively. It also helps with accountability, resource planning, and identifying bottlenecks early, which leads to more predictable timelines and better overall operational efficiency.

  ### 28. Enhanced Workflow with Seamless Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how customizable Quickbase is to meet my company's needs and how easy it is to do it. I don't have to call and wait for customer service to reach back out, I can just do it myself. The amount of setup time and implementation time was clearly communicated and was met by the Quickbase team. They also encouraged and helped onboard employees throughout the whole process. Quickbase has made life a lot easier by streamlining the ordering and approval processes through our 300 farms and 100 Orderers and Approvers. It has cut down multiple hours of our Accounting team trying to track down approvals. We are now importing scheduling using AI and preset customized templates, which means our HR team no longer has to manually make schedules.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I find controlling what users are allowed to request to see challenging. I would prefer if we could lock down a certain section so they wouldn't even know they can request to use it.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase streamlines our ordering and approval processes across 300 farms, reducing hours for the Accounting team, and simplifies our scheduling by integrating old spreadsheets with AI-imported templates, saving our HR team more time.

  ### 29. Quickbase Centralizes Our Data and Streamlines Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yinzu N. | Director of Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has been a good fit for us because it allows us to track and manage a lot of different types of data in one place. We started using it in 2021, and it’s been helpful for keeping everything digital, especially after the pandemic when we moved away from paper records. I like that it’s flexible and customizable, so we can adapt it to our needs. For example, we’ve been able to use it for tracking attendance, inventory, and even gift cards by scanning barcodes. It’s also nice that it works well across different teams and departments, which is important for us since we have a lot of moving parts.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Before Quickbase, we had to rely on paper records for everything, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Even after moving to digital records, we were still printing forms for signatures and then scanning them back into the system, which felt like a waste of time and resources. With Quickbase, we’ve been able to keep all our enrollment and intake forms digital, which saves us a lot of extra work and paper.

Another challenge was tracking attendance and services. Right now, teachers manually mark attendance on weekly sheets, and we don’t have a way to track when clients enter or leave the building. Quickbase has helped us start exploring solutions for these issues, like using barcodes or QR codes to track check-ins and check-outs. It’s also helped us manage inventory, like tracking the distribution of diapers or gift cards.

Overall, Quickbase has made it easier to centralize our data and streamline processes. It’s not perfect, and there are still things we’re working on, like making sure new features are user-friendly for everyone, but it’s been a solid tool for organizing and managing our operations.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralize our data and streamline processes

  ### 30. Effective Yet Expensive Tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how Quickbase is easy for people to use, making it accessible for everyone involved. The role-based permissions are a big plus, as they let organizations share data with the right people while keeping it secure from others who shouldn't have access. I also appreciate the reporting features, which provide valuable insights and help manage our projects effectively.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is too expensive and raises prices too much too frequently

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase solves issues like bad data, slow processes, late projects, and high costs. It allows data sharing through role-based permissions, making it easy to use while providing effective reporting.

  ### 31. Efficient Inventory Management, Needs Navigation Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like Quickbase because it's pretty easy to use. Having tables to visualize data and being able to easily link information to other information is very useful to me. It helps me manage all my inventory in one place without needing a bunch of different spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Quickbase opens a lot of different tabs depending on what I click, which can get annoying. Also, sometimes when I want to go back to the previous page, the breadcrumb doesn't show correctly and I have to go all the way back to the homepage.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to manage device inventory in one place, eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets. I can also easily tag team members in notes about students, which eliminates the need of me sending an email on top of writing the note.

  ### 32. Quickbase Grows with Our Business and Supports How We Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christophe B. | Account Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Unlike many fixed PM software options, Quickbase has evolved alongside our business as we’ve grown. It hasn’t just offered generic tools; it has also supported our operational processes and the way we work day to day.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Although it wasn’t like other PM tools, it took me longer to learn and fully master.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I were to compare my way of managing work before Quickbase, I might complain, but after adopting Quickbase, it not only improved but also enhanced our project, portfolio, and program management.

  ### 33. Quickbase Delivers Fast ROI and Replaces Spreadsheet Chaos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Quickbase reduces the spreadsheet chaos so many of us live in. Plus, it allows us to create complex applications we would normally pay thousands for. The ROI on Quickbase is one of the fastest and easiest I have ever seen in my career.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There is some technical debt with Quickbase, but considering the scope of what it accomplishes across the Enterprise, it is an acceptable level of technical debt.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase resolves a multitude of problems across our organization. Manual processes, bad data entry, lack of reporting, etc. It also allows us to create applications with a granular level of security unheard of in many other applications.

  ### 34. Seamless Setup and Flexibility with Quickbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kojo A. | Director, DSD Logistics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

What I like most about Quickbase is the simplicity of it, from both the developer and the user standpoint. I like the flexibility of the system, and it's extremely easy to solve complex problems with Quickbase. I also like how fluid the system and platform are—there's never been anything that we wanted to do or solve in Quickbase that we couldn't figure out a way to do. The initial setup of Quickbase was seamless for our team.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The only thing I can think of that could be improved for Quickbase is modernizing the user interface. Other companies similar to Quickbase are heavily involved in using artificial intelligence. Quickbase is using artificial intelligence in a lot of areas throughout the platform, but they might be a bit behind in terms of AI, however this could also be a good thing.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to improve workflows. It helps us manage inventory and financial compliance amongst many other processes. It also helps us by eliminating complications for more efficient operations.

  ### 35. Effortless, Rapid Development with Quickbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I am a developer and have been using Quickbase for more than 20 years, developing hundreds of apps. Quickbase excels at handling complex applications, workflows, and permissions. The development platform is amazingly fast, allowing me to create an amazing amount of deliverables for my clients in just an hour or two. It's great that I can deliver tremendous functionality at a very low cost and there's almost always a way to meet client requests, no matter how convoluted or particular they may be. I really appreciate the AI tools that help get a starter app running in about five minutes by describing what it needs to do, getting you 3/4 of the way there quickly. I would rate Quickbase a 10 out of 10, and even higher if possible.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Quickbase mobile has improved quite a bit but could use a bit more improvement still.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase excels at creating complex applications with intricate workflows and permissions. It's a fast development platform, enabling rapid delivery of functional solutions at a low cost. It eliminates data chaos, consolidating information with backup and multi-user capabilities, unlike scattered and uncontrolled spreadsheets with Excel.

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

It is easy to use as a CMR, there are information available and the fact that you can download the info in excel is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Sometimes it should be easier to modify data directly on the platform, instead of having to download it to Excel every time.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps me access important data in real time, update it when needed, and stay informed when something changes through notifications. It supports me in making better decisions and keeping track of my work.

  ### 37. Simple to Use, Yet Powerful No-Code Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love how Quickbase provides clear visibility into the status of our customer jobs, whether they are in pre-production, in the middle of production, or after shipping. It's easy to understand and can be easily morphed into whatever the users need. I appreciate that complex solutions like pipelines are a no-code experience, making it possible for many non-technical people to build. Even though I am a software developer, I can delegate builder work to others who are not. Setting up Quickbase was very easy too. I also work with the API a lot to build Quickbase into our internal automation processes.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The new grid reports are a bit laggy, tried on multiple systems.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase gives me clear visibility into customer order statuses, and it's easy to tailor to diverse user needs. The no-code interface allows delegating tasks to non-technical team members.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo G. | Classification Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

It is super simple to use ( you don't need to have a technical background), yet, it has so many features that it can be basically used in any industry or process.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It tries to be an all-around tool, but it lacks specific features for developers or users. Even though you can customize pages and forms, there is room for better visuals other than the predefined.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has business in several Latin countries where a custom tool for compliance services and regulatory management does not exist. It allowed us to scale our process and face the ever changing regulatory environment of LATAM.

Quickbase rolls out a lot of new features, and it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes. I also think bugs should be fully resolved before anything goes live.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps us solve collaboration challenges across several business units. It lets us work in unison and see live updates as they happen. It reduces our reliance on paperwork and spreadsheets, while still allowing us to work from a mobile device when needed.

  ### 49. Flexible, No-Code Platform Which Makes Its Complex Workflows Simpler.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed S. | Procurement Associate, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase simplifies the development and personalization of applications that do not require the use of sophisticated coding skills. I adore its flexibility at the same time: build your own apps to fit your specific workflow, combine data to both build and have it automatically finish specific tasks in a few minutes. The visibility of projects and performance measures is very high, created by the real time dashboards and reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The cost may be somewhat expensive to small teams or startups, particularly in expanding to several users or applications. Certain of these integrations need further installation or third-party applications.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drag-and-drop interface and low-code environment are invaluably useful to the teams that have to work quickly. It enables the non technical user to create strong solutions and customize to the evolving demands of the business fast. It is also ideal where organizations need to have agility and governance because of the collaboration features, permission controls, and audit logs.

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase can be built to fit all needs and uses. Processes can be as simple or complex as you need it to be. Customer Service has always been easy to work with on any issues that we have come across.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I wish there was a better way to track notifications set for users. Would be helpful to have a page under the admin console where the notifications were listed to make it easy to remove instead of having to do it under each individual table/app.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all the necessary items in a multi-billion dollar project with multiple vendors.
