## Quickbase Reviews
 ### 1. Easy, Flexible Solution Building That Saves Users Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

It is easy to build solutions without complicated processes, unless you want to add those in. I like being able to build and do the heavy lifting for our users knowing that the work put into the build saves them time in their use.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Integration with Quickbase can sometimes be tricky, depending on the system you are trying to connect. It is better than it used to be, but it is sometimes still a struggle.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase allows our team to create solutions faster, with built-in controls (roles, permissions, etc.) that make it easy to administer both the data and how the app is used. Because we serve a wide range of users at different levels (both in their work and experience), we can build a solution based on what our primary users request after meeting with them. At the same time, we can use the app across different teams, departments, and user groups, and still easily manage access, usage, and permissions for each specific use case and role.

 ### 2. Reliable, Easy to Use, Needs Better Test vs Production Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how reliable Quickbase is, and how easy it is for our newer users to get the hang of it. I rarely, if ever, have complaints about downtime or lag with Quickbase, and I have a user base that is generally new to the platform, so it being so customizable and self-explanatory is great for users with no experience. The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

On some of the more custom functions, the ability to troubleshoot could be made easier, as well as a more dedicated test vs production system. At the moment there is not a real system for dedicated test systems completely separate from production. If they added this, it would be a lot easier to troubleshoot and build custom functions and pipelines within our environment.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to manage technical resources and event timings, ensuring we track resources, address issues, and prevent event overlaps.

 ### 3. Quickbase Replaced Our Spreadsheets with Calm, Organized Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Head of Business Development, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I didn’t realize how valuable Quickbase was until I stopped relying on spreadsheets; with Quickbase, everything felt calm and clearly organized. What stood out even more was that as our workflow grew, the platform continued to perform well, and the support remained solid.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I didn’t experience any problem with Quickbase, as it entirely changed our way of managing projects in a good way. Integrations, onboarding, and performance all worked in our favour.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn’t notice much change until I stopped chasing updates. After that, the platform continued to deliver consistent performance. We also added integrations, although the benefits were almost lost due to duplicate data entries. By the end of the year, it delivered a solid ROI, with improved efficiency throughout.

 ### 4. Quickbase Accelerates Low-Code Development with Great Permissions and Real-Time Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly P. | Principal Software Engineer, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I appreciate having a low-code platform that helps accelerate our application development and deployment with minimal effort. I especially like the role-based permissions and the real-time reporting features, for obvious reasons. Overall, Quickbase strikes a great balance between flexibility and consistency for me, which makes it easier to build, refine, and roll out apps with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It does have a few drawbacks, including an outdated UI, limited reporting capabilities, and the need to rely on third-party tools to get the best overall functionality.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This low-code platform has helped us break through slow app development cycles by enabling the rapid creation of business solutions while still supporting custom workflows that keep execution consistent across our projects. Quickbase has also addressed delays in operational reporting by giving us real-time insights, which in turn supports much faster decision-making.

 ### 5. QuickBase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Business Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has a broad functionality that we can build ourselves. It's highly customizable, which was a major advantage over other platforms we evaluated, like Salesforce. We particularly like the ability to create specific landing pages for different user roles, and the dashboards that can centralize workflows from multiple applications are a big plus. The platform allows us to tailor applications very specifically to our needs, which is essential for our diverse data requirements.
Before using Quickbase, we had numerous spreadsheets and siloed data that didn't talk to each other, which was cumbersome and led to errors. Now, we have centralized our provider data and other critical information into Quickbase, making it much easier to manage and maintain. It has significantly streamlined our data upload processes, even though we still have some manual steps due to security constraints. The platform has also enabled us to clean up redundant fields and optimize our applications, which has improved data integrity and usability. Overall, Quickbase has helped us move away from scattered spreadsheets to a more integrated and efficient system.
Also, the Tech Support is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

more one on one mentoring. easier notifications functions. AI included with certain packages

 ### 6. Easy-to-Use, Powerful Data Insights for Our Logistics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek M. | Inventory Innovation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has been a solid tool for us, especially when it comes to managing the logistics of our food delivery program. One of the things I appreciate most is how well it integrates with other tools we use, like FastField. For example, we’ve been able to connect our bulk order forms directly into Quickbase, so every submission automatically creates a record in our Quickbase tables. It's very easy to pick up and lets us easily manipulate large amounts of data to gain incredibly useful insights on our processes.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

More customizability would be very helpful. We've found a lot of utility with the Code Page feature, but it lacks a lot of elements that traditional IDE environments have, like debugging and support for file structures. Pipelines could also be a little more intuitive. Otherwise, it has been a very easy to use and powerful tool.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, a lot of our processes were manual and tedious. For example, we used to track inventory and deliveries with pen and paper, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, we’re working on building out an inventory tracking system in Quickbase, and even though it’s still in the prototype phase, it’s already clear how much smoother things will be once we fully implement it. Another big challenge was cleaning up data from external submissions, like addresses and emails. We’ve had issues with incomplete or incorrect information, which required a lot of manual cleanup in Excel. With Quickbase, we’re starting to explore ways to automate some of that validation and reduce the amount of cleanup work. Overall, Quickbase has helped us streamline our workflows and start moving toward more automation, which is a big step forward for our small team.

 ### 7. Quickbase Review - How non-programmers create Apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammie K. | Director of Training and Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is a quick way to create a data-driven workflow and has all the components you need to keep everyone in the loop with your progress. You can get an app up and running in one session.
If you want to add features, it is pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Once you connect a data source, it's hard to make changes to the source without starting over. The good news it, you can get creative in your solutions to accomplish tasks.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase is a Line of Business application that allows us to push work to users rather than having them constantly checking different systems to see if it is their turn to do something.

 ### 8. User-Friendly App Building with Strong APIs and Integrations for better data consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Earl Justine d. | IT / Quality Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The best part about quickbase is how user-friendly and interactive it is to be able to create your own apps and develop ways on how to create records and databases that can rely with one another to ensure data consistency within the whole system. There are multiple APIs/pipelines as well that allow Quickbase to collaborate with other systems.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I'm just beginning with the whole developing part on the whole so it can get overwhelming to start even with all of the available resources for self-studying and other peers that provide support in giving more wisdom and knowledge.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems quickbase is solving right now for our company would be giving realtime updates on our pending items and records so that we can close them. Communication is a vital key for success in our business to which quickbase is providing. Right now we're working with our partners in quickbase that are very helpful and responsive to help sync that data between both our systems (Quickbase and SAP) to reduce data redundancy and improve data consistency.

 ### 9. Robust Data Management with Room for Reporting Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** cayden b. | Regional Technology Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

What I like most about Quickbase is its mobile layers of complexity that are available but not necessary to utilize it. I think recently, it has made major strides in its reporting capability. Generally speaking, it is easy to adopt and works quickly and effectively to get into the hands of folks who need to use it. The interface and usability make the applications easy to adopt, and it's very easy to initially set up. The ability to implement applications that look similar to prior iterations helps with quick adoption and market.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I think Quickbase's reporting features have gotten better, but I would like to see additional features added for more complex reporting, especially when there are multiple values associated with a single record that you have to compare and present on a single chart. I've found that formulas being reference fields is not convenient. I think features granted to roles could be more finite and less broad.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase supports data integrity, collection, interconnectivity, and storage. It helps in creating and managing project solutions for operations, capturing productivity metrics, and integrating information with employee workflows effectively.

 ### 10. Mostly Fast, Stable Data Store with UI—But Support and Transparency Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim V H. | Builder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

If you need a data store with UI. A store you can share with customers and internally. The platform is very fast and stable. There are multiple ways to build the same solution depending on how much time one has to learn the details. The community is supportive and love to come up with a million solutions.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

With proper support this service could be really good. The long term committment it would take is missing a champion capable of understanding humans. Product comes off as impatient and appears to have a different agenda than the customers. This difference leads to a lack of comminucation and transparency and thus confidence. Further, fit and finish falters as things break and no one fixes them claiming end of support (for years). One feels a resistance when talking with employees. Many employees express frustration by the disconnect between leadership and providing quality software. At the cusomer level the dysfunction appears as turbulence, high turnover rate, quota's and deadlines. The result is the Software as a Service model no longer acts like a service for the customer but a struggle. The software is good.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Quickbase mainly to build standardization, communication and transparency within our organization.

 ### 11. There is a learning curve, but once you are familiar with the environment it's a great tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Production Support Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Building relationships is easy, and creating a variety of reports is fairly intuitive. There's a lot of flexibility in database design and options to automate workflows. There are multiple resources within the community, albeit they may not be 1-to-1 for what you need to accomplish. Further, improvements to existing features (e.g. Forms) was a game changer. Release Notes on new products, features, and quality improvements via a centralized 'public' application is now accessible.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Although there's documentation of its features on the corporate website and training modules, you will often find their provided examples rudimentary. If your plan does not include some form of technical support/office hours, you may take hours trying to work out and find a reliable and scalable solution for your database needs. If a product feature has a bug that is impacting your reports or notifications, it could take 5+ weeks for it to be resolved or addressed.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of users build forms to help manage workflows and data entry. The UI has significantly improved, more customization and layouts. New email notification formats and easier pipeline development.

**Official Response from Camille Shortridge:**

 ### 12. Intuitive Quickbase That Makes Building Apps and Automating Reports Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

We find Quickbase intuitive to use, especially as I am not an IT specialist - merely a daily, enthusiastic user.
By experimentation and trial & error, the logic within QB has allowed me to build the apps and databases myself. It's been a great learning process, and has been very successful.
A key feature is that I have been able to automate reports to send to project participants outside of our user group. It certainly beats creating manual reports. That said, it would really help if reports could be sent as attachments instead of being embedded in the email.
I have found it easy to share information and implement dashboards to other users in a secure manner.
QB's customer support is good although I would welcome a "pay as you go" option to assist with minor challenges that only require maybe 10 minutes of assistance.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I would like to learn how to make the presentation more elegant with images and branding. I suspect this can be done, but would like some of tutorials to be available for this, and indeed for other things. Accessing direct support can be expensive for a small business like ours.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QB allows me to manage a lot of client and project information, and at the same time access it, amend it, and share it easily.

 ### 13. Smooth Integrations and Helpful Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis B. | Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The integrations fit smoothly into our existing workflow, which means we don’t have to replace the tools we already rely on. The onboarding experience has been useful as well, and it helped us get set up without disrupting how we work.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Planning the first application takes more time than we expected, but it is understandable. The thing that upset me is that a big part of the integrations requires extra configuration before they fit our specific processes.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minor process changes don’t disrupt the entire workflow because updating an application is now easier than rebuilding the whole process from scratch. What’s more, the platform’s performance doesn’t seem to change at all, no matter what the load is.

 ### 14. Customisable software solutions that integrate easily with your other software solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waldo Luke R. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Easy to use, lots of integration opportunities with other platforms. There is a growing market of customers who do not want to invest in large expensive solutions but want targeted solutions based on their needs.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The limited structure for non-user access. The partner program is virtually non-existent.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting multiple operating systems and providing opportunities for central data management , enhanced reporting and removing needs for manual reporting in spreadsheets. Replacing local or multi-user Excel registrations by centralised collaborative solutions, avoiding duplication of work, disparate and non-integrated system solutions, and overall creating higher efficiency and trustworthiness of data. Creating a single source of truth within a setup of connected systems.

 ### 15. Confident Learning Curve for Creating Custom Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie B. | EHS Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I use Quickbase to organize and track waste management for several facilities. I am in my tracking logs almost daily. I can not pick just one feature I like the best, there are several. For example, I love how much time I am saving having everything in one place, how easy it is to share with other team members, and having the drop down menu prevents duplications. As well as how easy it is to export to a spreadsheet or email a log to others that are not on the team. Before Quickbase, I had to do a lot of copy/paste from multiple places to create a report. This was time consuming and not a very accurate way to get the numbers so things had to be checked and double checked often. Some reporting could take hours, now, with the customer reports, it is simply choose what is needed by clicking a couple of button, select the date range and its ready to be sent out. I do appreciate how I can click into the reports and it takes me directly to the data behind the numbers. Maybe that is the #1 feature, for today anyway.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I'm still learning how to create my own reports. This doesn't seem to be very easy for me yet. But I'm sure after I've done it a few more times I will get the hang of it. I have had a chance to customize a few.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase has solved one big problem, preparing monthly reports to management and regulatory agencies. Having everything in one log eliminates keeping multiple logs for different "outputs". Having the options to create custom reports for the same data entry form is a huge timesaver and prevents errors. I am still solving problems as new needs arise we are able to add tables and will continue to improve our tracking capabilities.

 ### 16. Quickbase Centralizes Our Data with Flexible Permissions and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn S. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase makes it easier to manage and track the data we need without having to jump between multiple systems. I like that it centralizes everything in one place, especially for tracking studies, agreements, and invoicing. It’s also flexible enough to adapt to what we need as we grow. For example, we’ve been able to set up permissions so users only see the data relevant to them, which is important since we have multiple sites using the app. The ability to customize forms and automate processes is another big plus—it saves us time and reduces manual work. I also appreciate that Quickbase offers tools like pipelines to help cut down on repetitive data entry.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

So far, I haven’t been able to identify any downsides. They’ve been helpful and responsive.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, a lot of our processes were manual and scattered. For example, we had forms that people had to download, fill out, and email back, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, we’re working on automating those forms so the data goes directly into Quickbase, which will save us a lot of back-and-forth. Another challenge was tracking all the details for our studies and agreements across multiple sites. Quickbase helps us centralize that information so it’s easier to manage and pull reports. We’re also looking to integrate Quickbase with QuickBooks to streamline invoicing and reduce the manual work of entering data into multiple systems. Overall, it’s helping us save time, stay organized, and make our processes more efficient.

 ### 17. Quickbase Makes Project Updates Effortless and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abraham R. | Key Business Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I rarely worry about losing track of updates, as now managing projects feels routine instead of being stressful.
Quickbase has improved our productivity to a new, unexpected level, and as a result, the ROI is easy to reach.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I really enjoy using Quickbase every day, and for the most part it’s a stress-free experience. That said, its AI-powered capabilities, along with a few of its integrations, make me pause and rethink my choice at times.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, my biggest worries were about the platform’s performance, new staff onboarding, and, most importantly the project management process. But with Quickbase, I simply focus on getting my side of work done and letting Quickbase take case of behind the scenes.

 ### 18. Flexible Workflows and Helpful AI Shortcuts, Quickbase Adapts as Priorities Change

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin H. | Senior Manager IT Infrastructure, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love being able to reshape workflows without having to start over. I also appreciate how its AI suggests shortcuts I might not have considered yet. We don’t need to rethink our priorities, because Quickbase adapts to them effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The problem is it gives us too much freedom with customization which eventually leads to inconsistent workflows and thus making the UI feel heavy too.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I just love how easy peasy it is now to make amendments in the workflows without disturbing the current process. We create workarounds whenever requirements shift, and our workflows? They evolve instead. The persistent performance keeps me in the loop by becoming better at adjusting.

 ### 19. Easy No-Code Custom Apps for Schools, with Powerful Automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

As someone using this in a school setting, what stands out most is how easy it is to build custom apps without needing IT support. I can create things like a student attendance tracker, exam records, or a fee management system on my own, without having to wait for a developer.

If I had to choose one feature, it would be the automation engine. It lets me set up auto-reminders for pending fee payments or overdue assignments without writing any code.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There are no education-specific templates, so you end up building attendance, gradebook, or fee-tracking structures from scratch.

Cost is another concern: per-user pricing becomes expensive quickly for a government school with many staff members, especially when you compare it with free tools like Google Forms/Sheets.

It can also feel like overkill for basic needs.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of records being scattered across registers and separate Excel files by bringing student data, attendance, fees, and exam results into one connected system, rather than leaving everything in siloed spreadsheets.

The main benefits are less manual cross-checking—for example, automatically linking a student’s attendance to their exam eligibility—and simpler reporting when information is needed for school administration or government audits.

 ### 20. Easy Task Tracking and Collaboration, but Navigation Can Be Confusing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like Quickbase because it’s easy to use, keeps information well organized, and makes it simple to track tasks and collaborate with my team. During my internship, it helped streamline my work and improved overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The interface can feel a bit confusing for new users, and some tasks take more steps than I expected. Simplifying the navigation would make the platform easier to understand and use overall.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase addresses the challenge of managing data and workflows efficiently. During my internship, it helped me keep information well organized, track tasks more easily, and access records quickly. Overall, it made my work more efficient and reduced the amount of manual effort required.

 ### 21. Fast No-Code Apps & Powerful Pipelines, But Missing Aviation Templates and Flexible Hosting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Speed-to-build, mainly going from messy spreadsheets to a working app with forms, permissions, and automation in days, not months.

If I had to pick one feature: the automation engine (Pipelines) auto-notify and create follow-up tasks based on conditions, no code needed.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There’s no aviation or safety-specific framework, so you end up building your SMS and incident structures from scratch rather than starting from a domain-ready template.

Data residency is another consideration: it’s hosted on a US-based cloud, which could be a concern for a government regulator.

Costs also scale up quickly as you add more users, which is important to factor in for an organisation-wide DGCA rollout.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces scattered spreadsheets and paper-based logs with a single, connected system. Instead of having an incident report sitting in one Excel file and the corrective action tracker in another, everything is linked in one place.

For a DGCA-type use case, the main benefit is stronger traceability—who reported what, when it was reported, and what actions followed—along with less manual reconciliation between records. That’s especially important when you need clean audit trails and reliable regulatory reporting.

 ### 22. Easy to Learn, Friendly System, and a Great Quickbase Community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana M. | Business Consulting Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

l like that I find it very easy to use or to learn how to use it. I believe it simplifies a lot of code solutions by having a much more friendly system. Also the community around Quickbase is great.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There are some features in Quickbase that I think fall short to the needs of the users. Like for example allowing us to select which changes we want to publish in sandboxes instead of having to publish the whole thing.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving a lot of tracking issues by helping us monitor the progress of different processes, or the availability of equipment, etc. It is also helping us simplify processes around the company, by allowing us to make it automatic. In general it is benefiting us by helping us save a lot of time and give us much more visibility of our company.

 ### 23. Flexible CRM small buisness solution that can be self managed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is easy to use and simple to set up without the need for specialist services if you are a little bit tech savy. Pipelines allow you to do low code integrations with many outside resouces. The Open API's allow you do make it a central hub for data

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The lack of "dynamic forms". Too often you need to rely on pipelines for if this then that type actions, some of those actions could be done better in the webforms so that the user does not have to navigate away and wait fo the pipeline. Additionally the relationsship between tables are not as smooth as they could be. It would be great to be able to write advanced sql type queires with multiple joins the create editable data in a more centralized way

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central hub that integrates will all our systems

**Official Response from Jerry Kleva:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Quickbase. We understand your concern about the base license requirement and the connection options for pipelines in the Teams package. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will take it into account as we continue to enhance our product.

 ### 24. Quickbase has become a mission critical app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | CIO, Construction, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has allowed mostly tech-savvy business people to create an application that fits the way we do business. When an "off the rack" system didn't fit, we were able to stitch together our own tailored system.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

We found the mobile use of our Quickbase application to be a little underwhelming. While everything is possible, it does not flow and function nearly well enough to be a robust mobile solution.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cooper Steel has developed a tailored project management application that fits us well as a specialty contractor in the construction space. The ability to automate data integrations between systems via the QB Pipeline component has been huge allowing us to integrate data between our financial platform and HR environments.

 ### 25. Rapid Analytics Development with Powerful Pipeline Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | Lead Data Analytics Engineer, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

This low-code app builder has enabled rapid development of analytics-focused frameworks. We no longer have to manually handle our data tasks, because its pipeline automation feature takes care of that work for us. I particularly like the table relationships feature, since it makes it easier to organize and connect our complex datasets in a clear, structured way.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I specifically disliked. That said, I do think the data visualisation options could be more powerful, and the data transformation capabilities could be more extensive.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were quite concerned about inefficient approval workflows and duplication of data entry across our systems. Quickbase magically solved these problems by providing us with a pipeline automation feature and improving our data quality.

 ### 26. Flexible, Clean UI for Instant Project Status Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Strategic Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I can quickly understand where each project stands at any given time. I also love how flexible the platform is and how easily it adapts to the way we work. The UI never feels messy, no matter how many projects we have.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Some of the customizations made perfect sense at first but were harder to manage afterwards.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interestingly, we’ve gotten more value out of the time we spend managing projects, and over time, that has made the ROI clearly noticeable. Since all of the data lives in a single platform that everyone can access, we can work without worrying about maintaining separate trackers.

 ### 27. Quickbase Keeps Our Schedule Clear and Tasks on Track All Day

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bella C. | Director of Finance and Operations, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Throughout the day, I kept coming back to Quickbase as everything we needed was already there. By lunchtime, we already had a clear picture of our schedule and what aspects needed attention. Before ending our workday, we reviewed all the completed tasks.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

On busy days, navigating larger applications took longer than usual. When workflows changed around midday, it sometimes meant extra steps and additional work to get everything back on track.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I I no longer had to start my morning by finding the latest project files. Our team check-ins became shorter as project progress was already visible. Recurring work followed the exact same process every single time, making our routine more efficient and smoother.

 ### 28. Centralized, Well-Organized Data with Easy Reporting and Case Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla V. | Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like that we can keep all information about our organization in one centralized location. Everything is well organized by area, and we can easily generate reports and filter data by date or other fields whenever needed. For my part, I can keep my case manager notes neatly organized and track my cases more effectively using different filters, which makes following up with clients much easier.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I like that it keeps my last-used filters even after I close the tabs.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase is helping us go green by reducing our reliance on paper. Since adopting this platform, we no longer need to keep paper records. I’ve benefited from this because it’s much easier to search through records digitally than to dig through physical documents.

 ### 29. Effective Communication and Customization with Quickbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki D. | Medical Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love the ability to talk with someone regarding our patients' needs. Quickbase helps with quick communication between the doctor's office and the third party, making it very valuable for keeping up in real time with patients' prescriptions. I enjoy the organization and customization I can do. Working with one provider and being able to see only their patients makes my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The only improvement I would ask for is notifications, like if you're still logged in you get a beep to say someone has responded to your message, like a quick chat.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps with quick communication between the doctor's office and the third-party, allows real-time tracking of patient prescriptions, and can be customized to view specific provider information, making my job easier.

 ### 30. Makes Project Tracking Much More Efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

What I like most about Quickbase is how flexible it is. It makes it easy to build and customize applications without needing extensive coding knowledge. I also appreciate how it helps streamline workflows, centralize data, and improve collaboration across teams. The platform is userfriendly, integrates well with other tools, and can be adapted to fit different business needs as they evolve.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

One downside is that some advanced customizations can have a learning curve, especially for new users. The interface can also feel a bit dated in certain areas, and creating more complex workflows or reports sometimes takes more effort than expected. Additionally, the pricing can be expensive for smaller teams or organizations with limited budgets.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase has made it much easier to keep everything organized in one place instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and tools. Our team can quickly see project updates, track tasks, and access the information they need without wasting time searching for it. It has reduced a lot of the manual work, improved communication, and helped us stay on top of deadlines more efficiently.

 ### 31. Quickbase’s Flexible Customization and Dashboards Make Reporting a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siva S. | Associate Director Pre-Sales & Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is flexible and lets us customize solutions around our specific needs. It also offers plenty of built-in dashboards and reporting tools that can be tailored to display data exactly how we want. For instance, we can create user-specific dashboards, track KPI metrics, and use different types of charts to visualize results. It supports integrations with external tools like Power BI when needed, although many of the reporting features we rely on can be handled directly within Quickbase.

Another aspect I appreciate is the ability to share forms with clients so they can fill them out themselves, which reduces manual effort on their side. The fact that these forms are mobile-responsive is especially helpful for teams working on-site.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

We haven’t faced any particular dislikes with Quickbase so far.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Quickbase, we relied heavily on Excel and other manual processes, which were time-consuming and prone to errors. For example, our clients would enter data into spreadsheets and send them to us, and then we would manually process that information to generate reports in Power BI. The whole workflow was inefficient and involved a lot of back-and-forth.

With Quickbase, we’ve been able to streamline this by letting clients enter data directly into the system through forms. That input automatically updates our dashboards and reports in real time, which has significantly reduced manual effort for both our clients and our team. On top of that, Quickbase’s role-based access control helps ensure users only see the data that’s relevant to them, which is especially important when managing projects across different regions. Overall, Quickbase has helped us automate workflows, improve collaboration, and save time.

 ### 32. Easy No-Code Custom Workflows That Keep Our Team Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil B. | Visual and UI Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build custom workflows without coding. It helps my team stay organized, automate repetitve tasks, and truck projects in one place.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The interface can feel a bit outdated in some areas, and advanced customization tasks to learn. It would also be great if some features were more affordable for smaller teams.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps us organize projects, automate manual tasks, and keep all our data in one place. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier for the team to saty on the same page.

 ### 33. Trusted Live Project Data and Practical UI, Boosted Portfolio Viability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna H. | Senior Manager, Financial Planning Analysis, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase provides us with live project data, which is easier to trust than static spreadsheets. The portfolio viability has also been improved a lot without putting too much reporting effort into it. I overall like the UI as it stays practical generally.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

To be honest, I cannot think of any negative aspect of Quickbase. It is growing well as our applications grow.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, our project updates were scattered and lost in emails. Always had to re-enter project data. Workflows were very inconsistent with poor performance. But with Quickbase, all of these and more issues have been resolved quite efficiently.

 ### 34. Intuitive Dashboard and Smooth Onboarding That Boost Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessi C. | Senior Manager Information Technology Operations, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The dashboard’s intuitive UI answered most of our questions before anyone even had to ask. The onboarding experience was smoother and better than I expected. Overall, it’s playing a significant role in our company by helping us deliver services more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The mobile functionality was very limited, so I had to complete my work via desktop. A difficult option for smaller teams from a pricing perspective.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Morning stand-ups, cross-team collaboration, project prioritization, and ROI calculation—Quickbase made all of these challenges feel like they were resolved almost like magic. With it, project, portfolio, and program management became far simpler, smoother, and more effective.

 ### 35. User-Friendly, Customizable, and Great for Complex Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

How user friendly it is both for the user and for the developer, customizable and up for most any challenge. As a user my favorite feature is how easy it is to pull data out for complex reporting.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There are some quirks, for example there is a character limitation or flaw because QB only uses one type, certain characters like m dash and the apostrophe can cause needless issues with forms.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuickBase is fast to implement and replicate. My company has to create separate applications by client to keep them segregated and QB allows us to do so by replicating existing templates we have established. Another reason we turned to QB was for ease of reporting, being able to not only capture the data but report on it in a meaningful way.

 ### 36. Quickbase is easy to use - Even for us Marketing folks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** blair b. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like Quickbase because of how easy it is to understand! I am not a developer at all (in Marketing) but we are a Quickbase company, so we use it for everything. It has been so easy to adapt my workflows to Quickbase

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Honestly, I cannot really think of anything I do not like about Quickbase.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I am personally using Quickbase (from a marketing perspective) for content management and vendor relationship management. It has been super easy to use, please we created a Vendor portal for vendors that I work with -Which, has changed my life! Invoices, graphics, high res images, etc. are submitted through the portal and it does not get lost in emails or get held up due to file size... It has been a dream!
!

 ### 37. Customizable Platform That Streamlines Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher V. | Associate IT Disaster Recovery Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how customizable Quickbase is. We have a unique use case, yet we were able to customize the platform extensively to fit our needs. We built an automated email tracking system on top of the existing platform, which worked wonders for removing admin hours that used to take up a large portion of staff time. It removed the physical barrier for a lot of events when it came to time, allowing us to standardize and automate tasks.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There could be a better way to track inefficiencies within apps to increase reliability and speed.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase eliminates manual admin work, automating event planning and tracking, saving significant time. It's customizable, fitting unique use cases and improving efficiency with features like our automated email tracking system.

 ### 38. Consistently Updated Dashboards and Seamless Integrations That Prove ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Senior Finance Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The dashboards were consistently updated, the integrations kept our information synchronized, and over time, the ROI became clearer with each smooth project delivery.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Most of the work happened during the implementation process, so some minor issues were faced there with UI limitations and complex applications, but all were sorted out for good.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dealing with inconsistent performance, short-term ROI, and a lack of clear evidence of the work being done. Those concerns were eased by the fact that many small tasks were handled efficiently, which freed us up to focus on delivering results rather than spending time managing them.

 ### 39. Empowers Me to Build My Own Solutions—Indispensable for My Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

That it empowers (right) me to build my own solutions. I really don't like having to get outside support for every update or bug fix. I have about 12 years of experience in it now and for the period I didn't have it, I felt like I had one arm tied behind my back at work.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

None that I can think of. Not enough built in integrations?

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a non-profit, I coordinate about 100 people's time across a fluctuating list of projects/grants somewhere in the hundreds that can start and end at any time. Quickbase not only allows me to track them, but to forecast out into the future when gaps will appear in staff assignments and coverage. A special thanks to query formulas in enabling me to do that.

 ### 40. Effortless Communication, Real-Time Improvements Desired

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleshia C. | Medical Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like the most that I can communicate via a portal instead of having to be on the phone with someone every day. The things I enjoy the most or work well are the quick responses from the other party involved. It was very easy to set up Quickbase. Once we got in, I was able to walk myself through how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Honestly, I wish it was more real-time. Like if someone responds to a message you sent, you get notified as soon as it was updated.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to handle prior auth activities, manage paperwork, and communicate with pharmacies efficiently through a portal, saving me from daily phone calls. It ensures quick responses from the other party involved.

 ### 41. Easy Quickbase Integrations Made Our ROI Clearer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin S. | Senior Growth Marketing Director, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Connecting Quickbase with our other tools through integrations was much easier than I expected. We were really grateful that our ROI became much more transparent once we stopped spending so much time maintaining separate tracking systems.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Indeed, the platform is full of useful features, but some of them were harder to discover than to implement. AI suggestions were somewhat useful.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our departments had their own way of tracking things, which created unnecessary complications during project reviews. Quickbase helped us move to a single process that everyone can follow, leading to more consistent performance and more reliable results.

 ### 42. Clean UI and Integrations That Reduce Manual Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine J. | Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

With the clean UI and proper integrations in place, the information is very easy to find, and repetitive manual updates have been reduced. Project and portfolio viability has also improved significantly.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

We had a recent experience with doing too many customizations, and as a result, two of our teams had to solve the same problem in entirely different ways.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Quickbase provides us with the most stable performance metrics to run our projects smoothly. Tracking ownership is no longer a problem now, as everything is connected and present on the very same dashboard.

 ### 43. I am Revenue Analyst with over 8 years of experience and using quick base for more than 6 years.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Recently I checked email notifications options while I was preparing report for one my customers and records were used by multiple people on the same reports any changes to records required closed monitoring this we decided to go the email notifications options and it's working really well.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I think bringing ai into it would greatly enhance its full capacity. Example simple prompt of I want to do would help me write code in the background and after 2-3 iteration I have something meaningful ready and I don't have to anywhere or to take help of someone who experienced in doing so.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often faced challenges preparing multiple reports manually every day, it was really time-consuming and tedious. Quickbase allowed me to create all reports on a single Dashboard screen using various filters in the background. Downloading a CSV file and copy-pasting those details in the mail saved me a lot of time.

**Official Response from Jerry Kleva:**

> We're glad to hear that you are enjoying the dashboard feature and finding it helpful for preparing multiple reports. We understand the importance of seamless integration with other applications, and we are continuously working to improve our integration capabilities. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into consideration for future enhancements.

 ### 44. Quickbase Keeps Our Team Aligned and Productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melinda F. | Lead Front-End Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase made teamwork feel more connected and a lot less stressful. I really appreciated not having to second-guess whether we were on track with the latest project updates. Overall, it helped us stay more productive and focused, without the constant worry of missing something important.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Two or three times, I was worried about making amendments to the existing workflows, but everything worked out well.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple projects no longer felt as hectic as it once did. The biggest difference for us was the confidence and peace of mind that came from knowing the fact that our work is visible, organized, and focused in the correct direction.

 ### 45. Real-Time Dashboards: Flexible, Shareable Project Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie B. | Regional Account Executive, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I appreciated the instant overview of my work provided by the personalized dashboards. They make it easy to share project updates with others using real-time data analytics. The flexibility to modify applications proved very effective as my requirements evolved.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Dashboard customization was great, but could be better with more flexibility in designing. Certain templates were not ideal to use as they lacked modifications.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time data analysis eliminated the uncertainty around project progress by giving quick, clear visibility into project performance. It also addressed the separate problem of having to consult multiple sources for approvals, tracking, reporting, and related workflows, consolidating those functions and simplifying project oversight.

 ### 46. Made Every Project More Manageable and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie T. | Principal Software Engineer, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Every project felt more manageable than before. I liked how the platform grew with our work instead of limiting it. We rarely lost track of ongoing work.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

To be honest, when I first started, I wasn’t sure where to begin, but Quickbase grew as time passed. Although it is a fully automated tool, some reports demanded manual tweaking.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were finally able to manage multiple projects at the same time without feeling overwhelmed. I also no longer had to rely on anyone else to remember project details. Overall, it helped me move away from messy coordination and toward a more organized way of working.

 ### 47. An eye-opening experience to fill your mind with clever ideas and to learn more about the platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The ability to customize information and capabilities throughout the business, and tailored to a widely dispersed employment base. Always accurate and dependable.

Our company depends on the QB platform for everyday use, I don't know where we would be without it.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The helpdesk. More often than not, when a case is submitted, it takes a long time for the support after the first interaction. I recently had a scenario where I published an updated app from the sandbox, but I could not find any documentation on migrating the sandbox pipeline to the production app. The person had to go research it themselves. A day or more when by and I finally figured it out on my own and let the tech know.

I simply felt that the pipeline helpdesk crew should have known the process or point me in the correct direction - they did not.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time !! if we are observing a situation that has become time consuming, we will figure out a way to automate it. If we can do it manually on computers, it can be automated through QB

 ### 48. Quickbase: Seamless Integrations and Reliable Project Management Under Pressure

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia Z. | Senior Database Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase has improved our project management journey in several truly game-changing ways. It integrates seamlessly with multiple systems, offers a smooth onboarding experience, and continues to perform reliably even when things are under high pressure.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I personally haven’t encountered any negative aspect of Quickbase other than being highly competitive in its market.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase strikes a good balance between project flexibility and standardized protocols overall. The live dashboards provide balanced visibility across our work, and the improved reporting helps us make more informed operational decisions. It also handles both small tasks and large initiatives very well.

 ### 49. Simple for End Users, Powerful Dashboards and Customization in Quickbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart M. | Plant Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase works for us because it’s simple for the end users. That’s the most important thing when you’ve got people of different ages and varying levels of aptitude using the system. If it’s too complicated, it’s hard to get buy-in and get it off the ground. Quickbase is easy to use and quick to implement, which is what we needed. While it’s simple to use on the surface, the system itself is quite complex in the background, allowing us to do a lot with formulas and dashboards. We’ve been able to mould it to suit our needs, and the dashboards have been very useful for reporting.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The format is very basic when it comes to printing documents.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quickbase, everything was done on paper: pre-user operator checks, defect reporting, all of it. Moving to Quickbase has digitized those processes, and the benefits have been clear. The turnaround time for reporting and addressing faults or defects is much faster now. For example, during a recent audit on work equipment, I demonstrated how we use Quickbase for checks and defect reporting. The auditor was impressed, even taking screenshots of the system during the demonstration. We ended up with a 100% pass rate, the first time that’s ever happened, and the auditor said it was the best audit they’d ever had. That’s a direct result of how Quickbase has helped us streamline and improve our processes.

 ### 50. Highly Customizable Experience

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like the Customization and ease of use, no matter what industry you are in the organization and potential structure can help.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The lack of consistency across teams, it seems there isn't a clear direction always for the future or next steps with products.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many internal communications to track at my company and this was a great way to be able to see them in a calendar view or a list view, as well as track which were slated to be featured on the homepage and, at the end of the year, be able to pull out a report broken out by organization (ie: how many emails Tech had featured on the homepage compared to how many total emails were sent etc).
