**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Ease of use and self service customization

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Some of its limitations, and some of the aesthetic limits

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a project which serves new York State victims of crime via a range of services. We are able to pull our data together and leverage it to understand deeply the state of New York services

  ### 36. Customizable and User-Friendly, but Account Management Turnover Creates Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Fully customizable platform that can be configured based on business needs. User friendly and intuitive. Supported our growth as a small company through early years.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

We consistently faced challenges with account management. Turnover at Quickbase seems to be relatively high. We struggled to communicate with the team during time sensitive transition periods. Communication recently improved due to renewal review, but otherwise was always a challenge during our contract.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customizable platform to our business needs; we have a unique model in mobility space that existing software/technology in the space did not capture.

  ### 37. Low Skill Barrier and an Easy Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec O. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Low skill entry point and an easy learning curve

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Control over certain quality of life items, column width and line spacing in tables (old).

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving hundreds of people within the supply chain space from the dregs of Excel and SmartSheet, automating emails and notifications, and simplifying communication between historically siloed departments.

  ### 38. Quickbase Keeps Improving with Frequent New Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

the thing I like best about Quickbase is that they are constantly coming out with new improvements and not sitting on the same products.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

i would say a downside to Quickbase is that my pipelines can only run every hour, I would like to bump that down to 15 min, for this api process.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase has solved our customer portal problem but allowing us to have a landing page for our customers to be able to view the order as it moves through our erp system and connects to there's.

  ### 39. User-Friendly but Occasionally Slow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like Quickbase for its minimalistic design, which makes it easy to use and navigate. It helps me do my tasks easier.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It is slow sometimes. I experience the slowness every time I am clocking in 5 minutes before my shift, and I think it is because multiple people are using it at the same time.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase helps me clock in and out, tag breaks, submit tickets, and makes my tasks easier with its minimalistic design and ease of navigation.

  ### 40. Easy-to-Use Low-Code Platform with Flexible Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

ease of use and the ability to be in a low code environment and adopt new integrations and technology easily into a relational database platform

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

the pipeline run prices and the ability to give limited access to users without giving them a seat on the application (I want to be able to have users do data-entry tasks without having them as seats on the account) but not give access to EOTI

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our apps help us with project management, contract and licensing digital rights management and data processing for analysis

  ### 41. Shared Client Inbox Makes Team Responses Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love that we can have a dedicated email for our clients and anyone with access can read and respond to the emails.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

That when a client sends a meeting invite it does not have the date or time in the email. The invite should always have a readable date & time

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple people assigned to a client and this allows all employees to access the emails without the client having to include every person. One dedicated access point for everyone.

**Reviewed by:** Joaquín R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

I like that Quickbase is useful for audit purposes since it includes the historical of the approvals. I also like the interface and that it is intuitive. The initial setup was easier than we thought it would be.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I don't like that much the attachment's fields because it only allows to submit 2. It would be cool that you could submit more files

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's useful for audit purposes since it includes the historical of the approvals.

  ### 44. Excellent, Relevant Topics and a Smooth, Easy-to-Navigate Conference

**Reviewed by:** stephanie n. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannan A. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Ability to build what we need to keep work moving, and to pilot things quickly

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

integrations are not always easy to use, and current governance is not detailed enough (think Field specific, per person, not role)

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we move significant work through QuickBase, to keep track of engagement and scoping

  ### 47. Easy to Adapt Without Extensive Coding Knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Easy adaptation without the need for extensive coding knowledge

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

With large apps, it is sometimes difficult to track down complicated relationships

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The new forms and reports are making the website slow.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tai N. | Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Ease of use to start and build a friendly database

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Tough to make some additions/changes if/when I don't have the proper role. Finding the proper persons that had admin access to realm was not easy

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full process flow of opportunities to orders

  ### 50. Versatile, Quick Setup with Room for Audit Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I really like the flexibility and versatility of Quickbase.
