What do you like best about QuestionStar?

QuestionStar has a lot of layout options which are helpful and easy to use. It also has a professional mailing function which is great because it really comes in handy. Also, it is super convenient to use because it’s extremely easy to guide your way through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionStar?

Sometimes it takes a while to load or refresh during the making of a survey and sometimes redo/undo buttons delay the result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering QuestionStar:

There are definitely much much more pros than cons! The cons are minor simple problems that may be fixed over time. But if anyone needs a platform to create and use questionnaires, QuestionStar is the right and affordable option, just some little issues that are totally fixable! What problems is QuestionStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

QuestionStar has impacted my work because it’s easier to get everyone insight on different topics through the surveys. It is easy to create questionnaires and that helps save a lot of time and effort. I can only recommend this more and more to everyone since it’s very friendly and helpful! What do you like best about QuestionStar?

Super simple and quick to use software and has a great result modeling and export method. I like that it has plenty of customizable design choices that I can use when I am making an online survey to be used at work. What do you like best about QuestionStar?

There are no obstacles to creating a survey here and once completed, it is stored under an organized folder that can be divided into subcategories of various survey fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionStar?

After switching to the mobile version in hopes of experiencing more ease with sending out surveys, etc., I noticed the interface to be less up-to-date than the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
