The UI is intuitive and easy to understand and navigate through. It is also nice to be able to customize surveys. **What do you dislike about QuestionStar?** QuestionStar doesn't really do anything new. It has many competitors that are more well-known and provide the same services. I can't say that I would choose QuestionStar over other competitors. **What problems is QuestionStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** QuestionStar isn't solving any new problems for me, nor is QuestionStar uniquely solving problems.
