## Questions for Confluence Reviews
  ### 1. Seamless Confluence Q&A, but engagement and notifications need improvement

**What do you like best about Questions for Confluence?**

What I like best about Questions for Confluence is how seamlessly it integrates into the existing Atlassian Confluence environment. It makes asking and answering questions feel like a natural extension of everyday collaboration rather than a separate tool. I especially appreciate the structured Q&A format, which keeps discussions organized, easy to search, and reusable over time. The ability to surface expert knowledge within the team and build a centralized, searchable knowledge base significantly reduces repeated questions and improves overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Questions for Confluence?**

One downside of Questions for Confluence is that engagement can be inconsistent—without active participation and clear ownership, questions may go unanswered or become outdated. The notification system can also feel limited, making it easy to miss new questions or updates unless you’re actively monitoring the space. Additionally, the interface can sometimes feel less intuitive compared to modern Q&A platforms, and customization or reporting options are somewhat limited for teams that want deeper insights into usage and response trends.

**What problems is Questions for Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Questions for Confluence solves the problem of scattered knowledge and repeated questions across chat, email, and meetings. Before using it, important answers were often buried in Slack threads or lost in inboxes, making it hard to find reliable information later.

By centralizing Q&A directly within Confluence (by Atlassian), it creates a searchable, structured knowledge base that captures team expertise in one place. This reduces duplicated questions, speeds up onboarding for new team members, and helps us get accurate answers faster.

The biggest benefit for me is improved efficiency and transparency—it's easier to identify subject matter experts, track resolved questions, and ensure knowledge is documented rather than siloed.
