The user interface is a bit unintuitive. I think there are some places where the settings are hard to find. There are some places where there's too many options, and there's a bit of duplication. Sometimes surveys just don't work, or they are updated without notification, which leaves me unprepared to address issues. Customer service feels like it's passing the buck, and they sometimes don't understand what's going on. The service team is reluctant to explain things to me. It is so easy to create a survey and survey questions and then share the link with my students or participants. Customer support is always available to answer my every question. I use this resource daily to survey my students about an exam, or a choice of assignments, or their thoughts about the classroom experience.
