"Great Free Trial!"
3.5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

It’s nice to have a free trial so I can sample the app before committing. Some other apps don’t offer that option and require you to pay right from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

It was a little hard to navigate at first. Also, when I tried viewing it as a user while sampling a survey, I ran into a few error messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Survey Tool with Robust GDPR Features"
4/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I appreciate how QuestionPro supports GDPR-compliant data collection across healthcare and biotech stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and internal R&D teams. The platform's advanced survey logic and branching make it easy to design complex, targeted research studies without needing technical support. I also really value its robust reporting and analytics tools, which let us quickly turn survey responses into actionable insights for our clinical and product development workflows. Plus, its reliability and ease of sharing surveys across European markets save our team a lot of time compared to building custom research tools. The initial setup was really straightforward and intuitive—I was able to create my first basic survey in under 15 minutes without needing any training or technical support. The dashboard is clean, and the survey builder uses a simple drag-and-drop interface that's easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The advanced reporting can feel a bit rigid when we need to create highly customized, publication-ready charts for regulatory or R&D presentations — we often end up exporting data to Excel to refine visuals further. Some of the more niche survey logic options can be tricky to set up without technical guidance, which slows down our team when designing complex patient or physician studies. One area I’d really like to see improved is the depth of native integrations with life sciences and research tools we use regularly, such as SPSS, common CRM platforms, and clinical data management systems. Right now we often have to export and manually reformat data, which adds extra steps to our research workflows. It would also be helpful to have more pre-built, healthcare-compliant survey templates specifically tailored to biotech, patient studies, and physician feedback. While the tool is flexible, starting from scratch for regulated research takes more time than using industry-specific templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Survey Platform with Powerful Analytics and Panel Management"
4/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The best thing about this platform is its high versatility and good survey platform, which works well for feedback collection and advanced market research. And this platform's strength lies in its availability of features, from basic surveys to advanced-level analytics, logic branching and panel management, everything under a single platform. Their UI is also intutive nd offering detailed features within. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Even though their platform is equipped with features, this platform can be too busy for new users to this platform when navigating around advanced logic and analytics. Also, some customisation options and reporting features should be more streamlined, and their design flexibility should be worked upon as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Data Collection, Steep Learning Curve on Back End"
4/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. The IT support that I have received has also been exceptional. It is easy to copy old survey formats, and creating new surveys is a simple and clean process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

A couple downsides to QP:

- The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!).

- Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can.

- Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response.

- Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!).

This is my feedback after about 4 months of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical, Scalable Survey Platform That Actually Gets Used"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is easy to pick up and actually gets used, which is half the battle with survey tools. You can spin up a survey quickly without a ton of setup, but there’s still plenty of depth if you need logic, customization, or solid reporting. It works well for everything from quick internal pulse checks to customer feedback and more structured research, and it integrates cleanly with other tools so data doesn’t get stuck in a silo. While some of the advanced features take a bit of poking around to fully uncover, it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, it helps us collect real feedback fast, turn it into something actionable, and make decisions based on data instead of guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The feature set can feel overwhelming at first if you try to use everything at once. Some advanced reporting and customization options could be more discoverable. UI polish in certain admin or advanced settings could be improved.

None of these are deal breakers, but there is a small learning curve when you move beyond basic surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Survey Creation and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What I like best about QuestionPro is how easy it is to create and share surveys. The interface is straightforward, and I don’t have to overthink anything like I can set up a survey quickly and get responses in a clean format. I also like that the analytics are simple to read, so I can understand the results without digging through complicated reports. Overall, it just makes collecting feedback really convenient. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Sometimes it takes longer than it should to find the right setting or customize a survey the way I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Powerful Insights with Flexible Question Types"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I find it very intuitive to use while also providing a powerful platform for uncovering insights. Great choices in question types to get what I need in very different ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I wish the formatting was simpler and more seamless as it can sometimes be difficult to go in and change the same thing on a number of questions. With the new AI interface, though, I think that issue will be better resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
