**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro is easy to use and is very friendly to non-profits. Lot of custimazation and tools to use to make a wide varity of surveys. Pricing is free for non-profits which is greatly appreciated. They are prompt about answring emails pertaining the account. We have used question pro for almost three year now and nothing compares to ease of use and features.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The only issue is the non-profit license expires after one year and there is no reminder of the account expiring. Easy to get back though.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us collect information for questionnaires and personnel reviews.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro has many possibilities to collect and visualize data, and unexpectedly has also been a helpful tool for online training. It functions very well for implementing an online poll.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

While there are many options available, it certainly needs more time to find out all possibilities, testing and a lot of practice, but since now, I have not seen anything to dislike :)

**Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro:**

Easy to use, perfect possibilities to visualize results. A great and generous partner for NGO-s.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We collect feedback from our clients (NGO-s with different profiles). It is crucial to know how well our services meet their needs and what kind of support and services they need in the future. We are designing a satisfaction survey for NGO members.

They reach out to a general audience and have a great promotional platform to attract responses from general public. Their surveys are smooth and straight to the point and have one of the best screening processes to try and ensure a diverse demographic reach.

Nothing overall I love the way the promote you get what you pay for in my opinion they have a great outreach and great fan base.

Customer relations needs and wants and really finding out what the people really want and not making all about my business but aiming towards a general audience employed or using in same field of research.

QuestionPro was so easy to set up. So many options of question types to choose from and features to add. It was very simple and easy to distribute our surveys as well!

Everything about QuestionPro works well for our organization.

QuestionPro is benefitting us becuase we can now collect our Program Evaluation Form responses through QuestionPro's online surveys instead of on paper, as we had been doing. We process a large amount of surveys each month and with QuestionPro, we are able to easily export the results and track our metrics much faster and don't need to waste so much paper!

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Very flexible, very customizable, simple and intuitive to use. Question types are straightforward and it is very easy to explore and implement the different question types that you are able to create. The level of customization is nice, with the logos and banners and colours for when we work with various clients, its nice to have. Customer support is also fast and to the point.

Some of the UI can be laggy at times (due in part to the graphical nature of it I assume).

We have a lot of questions to ask as part of our job and QuestionPro makes it easy to collate all responses for processing very quickly and easily.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The Survey features are powerful. I was able to channel survey takers through my survey to make it more relevant to each taker and customize the experience. I like the logic and scoring features as well. The results are presented well in a dashboard that can be customized and the charts are downloadable in power point format and you can edit the style and color, so this was a big time saver. 
Good detailed display and explanation of results and statistical significance.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There is a bit of a learning curve as it feels this tool is written by engineers or a very technical team. What you gain once you are familiar with how to edit and design the survey is well worth the learning curve.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The nonprofit version of QuestionPro is powerful enough to provide the necessary features for customizable and detailed surveys. 
The surveys can be sent directly to survey takers through the software's own mail merge feature and completion is tracked.
Great online 24/7 support and their support team is very knowledgable.

Question Pro is very easy to use and has a variety of question types of features.  I love how easy this was to create.  I used it with my students to create a survey over a topic we studied in class.  It was simple to integrate into my lessons.

All I would say that could be added is for a collaboration feature, so that several people can edit the same survey.

As a nonprofit organisation we  gather valuable data about satisfaction of volunteers, 360 feedback of volunteer leaders, peer reviews, or some feedback about the services.
The way of constructing questionnaires and distributing them works perfect.

My favorite thing is being able to set different question paths depending on how the user answers a question.

A bit of a learning curve because it can do so much, so it takes a bit to make sure we're using it for as much as we can.

If a user answers yes I can follow up with different questions than if they answer no, and I don't have to know what their answers are to do it. Previously I had to have multiple surveys to have users take.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The customer service and onboarding are the absolute best with QuestionPro.   Prior to using QuestionPro, we used the most popular self-serve survey platform in the US - that was a nightmare - whenever we had issues with a paid audience survey, we had to wait 24 hours (or more!) to get help, only to get it relaunched and then have more issues.

QuestionPro's support team there is amazing. They answer any questions promptly and work to help you make your research project a success.   They also have an audience platform that you can use to get a sample of how a segmented audience of respondents answer your questions.  Vipin especially has been amazing.

We are paying a comparable rate to the other platform, but here we have real - and amazing! - customer support.  Survey responses come in quickly as well, and they work with you to do a soft launch of a paid audience survey so that you can evaluate the answers coming in and make sure there are not any unexpected results or survey errors that you missed in pre-launch testing.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

No real downside for my usecase. They have been amazing.

One thing to know, if coming from using another platform is that some competitors include the paid audience demographics as final questions in the analytics charts, so you don't need to ask those questions.  With QuestionPro, they don't give you these charts, so you have to ask the questions yourself. It's not a problem, and it actually helps validate the segmenting so you can remove anyone whose situation has changed and no longer fits the demographics you're trying to reach.

QuestionPro allows us to quickly launch surveys to a response panel that mirrors our target audience so that we can support client pitches and our marketing efforts with research.

QuestionPro is easy to use and has more powerful features at the level we need for our small non-profit organization. Mutliple forms and responses, branching, skipping, multiple designs, sample questions, cross-tabulation, powerful analytics, well-formated and useful reports.

We are small so it's not always easy to access customer service.

We like the fact that it is easy to use and we can design surveys fast. We also like that is multilingual as we design the surveys in Spanish.

You have to pay to use some of the features but up to now, we haven't had the requirements to use them.

The customization options provided by QuestionPro are very important to us. As an NGO, having support from companies like QuestionPro is essential for improving our work and making a greater impact.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

We are a very small nonprofit and we've been using QuestionPro's free nonprofit license since launching a large community survey in 2019. We currently use QuestionPro to run short surveys to patients in our disease community. We haven't worked much with email integrations in the last few years. 

The interface for creating questions, skip logic, question types, forced responses, etc. is intuitive. The back end database has everything we need. I've been able to change fonts, colors, and size to make sure everything is readable, and the surveys work great on mobile.

In our large survey, patients were able to pause and resume the survey. They received an email copy of the survey upon completion, and we could send reminders for them to complete their survey if it was unfinished. We even built a site with survey results once we closed the survey using embeds of a summary of each question, mydryeyedata.org.

One downside is that the nonprofit license is limited to 100 questions per survey. This changed since we started in 2019.

It is extremely easy to use and straightforward, creating surveys with logic is pretty easy. I have used it a bunch of times and can create surveys quicker than most other tools.

Flexibility of the setup and easines of use - both for the admin and user. Another feature that we like is parameteric input, so the same form can be pre-filled with relevant values, depending on the URL.

Adjusting the multiple choice matrix and labels to it may look tricky

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a standalone Survey solution for catching feedback on individual presentations in scientific conferences. Instead of setting individual survey for every presentation, we now can configure one survey with variables and capture all feedback through the same form.
It might have more flexible pricing, as we don't need it all-year-round, yet as they have separate plans for educational institutions and non-profits, the product is worth it. We have just started recently, and maybe will be extending the use for our other needs.
We've been using the forms for our biggest events for more than a year now.

QuestionPro is easy to navigate and use with little background. There are many options for formatting your survey and adding multimedia components. There are more customization options than are available in similar survey software.

It can take a bit to learn to use all of the functionalities of QuestionPro, but they are useful once you get your bearings. The free version is great for up to 200 responses, but it can get expensive for use in larger samples.

QuestionPro has so many question format options, making it easy to customize our surveys.  It even includes lower literacy options, such as happy/sad/neutral faces or multiple choice pictures.  Reporting is easy, with data downloads available in a variety of formats.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

A few features are only available in the Research version, but the base version has been able to completely meet our needs as a medium-sized non-profit.

QuestionPro allows us the flexibility to survey populations with limited literacy skills in a way that respects and supports their autonomy.
