We’ve been experiencing issues with creating projects in Survey Analytics. Once the survey is complete, when we test it, it only produces a screenshot. Any idea why this is happening? As a work around, we’ve been duplicating an existing survey (deleting the old data) and adding the new details.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro is quite effective in providing us the essential tools for collecting the information we need from our clients. It helps us to gather feedback and analyze the needs they have that we and our partners consider when adjusting the services we provide now and for the future. We are able to produce a variety of unique surveys and deploy them to the intended recipients, keeping our results funneled in a specific fashion necessary to our business format.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

We used to be able to easily auto-translate our surveys to other languages since our clients may either not speak English or speak it as a second language. Unfortunately, this feature seems to only now be available with a more advanced plan, but is not the "make or break" factor for us. We love using QuestionPro!

**Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro:**

Great for mass survey deployment!

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, we greatly appreciate the utility of being able to gather data on the needs of our clients, thus providing the information necessary to analyze adjustments to our services - a very valuable component in piloting the direction of our organization.

It offers a user friendly interface.
QuestionPro also allows distribution of surveys via multiple channels like websites,mobile phones.
It also allows the analysis and reporting of data.

QuestionPro with all its beneficial features also has several downsides which include:
The plans are somehow expensive to some people.
It also needs a ln internet connection for use.
The customization options are limited at times.

The integrations are clunky and come with little support. I feel like the sales team is more concerned about upselling versus basic functionality about the tool Their analytics quite barely scratch the surface and doesn't serve my needs to dig deeper

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuestionPro was able to quickly field my survey and found our respondents rather fast. We were able to screen out those that weren't within our quotas and adjust quotas as needed in real time.

It is simple to use.  I had very little issues setting up variables, etc.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I had an issue with the app not accepting one of my questions, but HELP was helpful and we resolved the issue with, um, no issues.

I like the fact that in question pro there are lots of ways to see the results of your survey (charts, etc).  It is helpful to have that visual.

QuestionPro includes powerful functionality through an intuitive interface. Our survey designers and builders can get what they want with minimal fuss, and it's easier for QA to check than previous solutions we have used.

The only downside is that moving from another solution takes some commitment to learning the new workflows and features. This is true of any change, but support from QuestionPro and within your organization will make it easier.

QuetionPro has been an integral part of collecting valuable data from our members in order to improve the services we offer. It is by far the best platform we have tried and offers the best features for the price.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Seamless delivery of surveys to our members as well as analytics are helpful to analyze what is working and what isn't. There are no downsides we have experienced in 5+ years of using QuestionPro.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without collecting annual member satisfaction surveys, it is hard to tell what our organization is doing well and what still needs to be improved. QuestionPro helps us fill this gap in order to better support our customers.

All the tools and functions, how they are organized. It's a really versatile tool, you can use and adapt the functions to created really great questionaires and many other projects.

I think it could be a little bit more dedicated to education.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Question Pro allows my Languages academy to create the Admission exams, also to create surveys for Job offers, it gives more than the required data and detailed information about each person who has used the surveys, location, and time, it allows for plagiarism or thirds parties to steal or information. 

In the future, we plan to use it to measure the lesson's quality and teacher's and employes job. I like it because it is a fully customizable platform.

Easily Accessible for our customers. Easily adjustable to fit all types of programming and customizable as well! Makes QuestionPro a unique environment with API integration too!

I wish QuestionPro would allow the use and uploading of documents to create a template for all the programming - this would allow for edits to be done without all the additional hassle.

QuestionPro provides high-quality content to get your projects off the ground and offers simple API access to ensure you can access your data when you want. The website's main user interface is also very intuitive for new users.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro offers many advanced features, but those features are not well showcased or demonstrated within the platform. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always willing to help show the full capabilities of each tool on the site.

QuestionPro provides the big three: user management, content development, and reporting. There are many survey platforms, but rarely do they offer the benefit of content and advanced reporting mixed with in-depth views into who and wher the respondents are coming from.

QuestionPro is powerful and easy to use.  We do very basic surveys but anything we've asked of it it has ben able to do.

There is nothing that we dislike about it.  It is not as easy as Google Forms but it offers so much more that you really can't complain.

We utilize QuestionPro for our intake forms for clients.  We have also used QuestionPro for applications.  We are going to begin utilizing QuestionPro for surveys.

Super easy to set up my questionair. Even if you don't how to word what to ask there is plenty of suggestions to help you. Information was easy to read and useful for my project.

QuestionPro is very helpful both to the party creating and assessment and the party completing an assessment. This company makes both assessment creation and completion very easy and intuitive without requiring further training on the part of the user.

I struggle to write something here as I do not have an aspect of QuestionPro that I do not like at least enough to continue using their products. I do not have any recommendations currently.

It's user friendly and easy to navigate. Also am able to understand what is being asked of me and I can easily understand what to do next. I am glad to have used this software.

Sometimes I get confused regarding the applications process. Additionally I may have to start over.  Other than that I am pleased with question Pro. Minor in terms of issues.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Used it for my research as a survey tool. Simple drag and drop, flow functions, better UX on the participant side. Cheaper than other tools like Qualtrics. I was using the essentials version, but that was good too.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

As a student researcher, it would've been helpful if more features were available on the essentials plan, I understand they are behind a paywall, but I'm still satisfied, did the job.

Its making administering and monitoring surveys easier. The dashboard gives you a real-time overview which is helpful.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

I really enjoy all the options there are for question types, as well as smart-fill answers (i.e., answers populating for general demographic questions). I also really love the customization of design, links, titles, etc. The quick copy & paste feature allows me to quickly send the survey out.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Sometimes QuestionPro can be laggy/finicky. There also is not a great numerical scale option. The numerical scale option now doesn't work for all question types, so I've had to use a drop-down menu. In addition, the rank order question type sometimes doesn't work either.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuestionPro helps my surveys feel professional and legitimate. This helps respondents feel like the survey is trustworthy and scholarly. It also helps me with analytics.

The format is minimalistic and easy to navigate. As a university student, I loved having free access to Question Pro and all of its features.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Sometimes, after adding images or text to a question, it would not save to the survey and I would lose my progress, even after selecting "save to library."

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in a research lab at my university, and Question Pro made it relatively simple to conduct a college-wide survey for our research purposes.

The ease of creating a survey is the best part.  Whether using your own questions or ones from the Library, creating and adding questions for your survey couldn't be much easier. We also value the analytics we get with each survey.  They are insightful and very useful.

Our only issue is cost.  As a non-profit a more affordable option would be appreciated.

Its online survey program helps users to choose the best software for personal use or business. It has comprehensive analytical tools and transforms user responses into graph modules and easy-to-digest reports. So users can easily understand the different reviews. Its software is working quite well on mobile as well. It offers a wide range of pre-created survey templates.

Their interface is outdated and visually unappealing. Also, they have limited customisation options to create a survey restricting users from choosing another platform.

It helps us create surveys for our software to understand better the problems users face with our software. So, we can improve those points and gives a better software to use.

The logic modeling is easy to use and I like how I can paste multiple options into a multi-select

The user interface feels a little dated but it's 100% functional (this is admittedly extremely picky but because the question was asked...)

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro surveys are easy to set up. There are many options to customize the survey experience quickly. Reordering questions is especially helpful. I can also use my own numbering system for skip logic questions.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The help is extensive and has improved over the last year. It is sometimes difficult to figure out how to accomplish a task when setting up my survey. Although many screens are shown, they are sometimes difficult to read.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the likes and dislikes of our dancer community when they attend our yearly convention featuring instructors and clinicians. We also learn whether the venue has satisfied their needs.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro makes it so simple for me to generate the various types of questions I wanted to include in my research paper. And it allows me to run tests before I send the information out.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The one con I would say is I could make corrections to an existing survey if someone responded but that does make sense in that it would impact the validity of the survey results. It does allow you to copy an previous survey as a base to make corrections.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is more adaptable than Google Forms which is very limited in the different types of questions it seems to me. This allows me to include and get input on quantitative and qualitative questions for my research paper.

QuestionPro is quick to learn and easily used to create surveys and polls. It enables logic and branching to be built into questions to collect richer data. Data can be collated and downloaded quickly, then shared in a well-formatted PDF report.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The Data Export functions enable results to be downloaded as a PDF report (which works well and looks great) or an Excel or Word report (which do not appear to capture all of the downloadable data and also don’t look as polished as the PDF reports).

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a membership-based professional association, we are grateful that QuestionPro offers a free subscription for non-profit organisations like ours. This subscription allows us to capture valuable insights from our members regularly.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The variety of question types, the inbuilt analytics, and the tracking of responses. Self-help links are available to make users familiar with the tool at most stages.  User interphase is also cool.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

If you want to validate the answer to one question in the later part of the interview, there is no easy option available in the tool. For example, at one point of time, you have asked how many employees are there in your organization, and the answer provided by any respondent is 100. In that case, it becomes logical to put a self-limit by the tool (or a provision to do so) that when asked how many employees are present Today, then the answer can not super seed the number provided in the answer to the first question (100 in this case). 

Such provisions make a tool robust for data validation during the interview process itself and reduce the elimination of responses or backchecks & corrections.

One more feature which can be more beneficial is the validation of the right respondent by OTP (mobile or email).

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In many cases, the asks of research or data collection are beyond normal google or ms forms provisions.  In a project, we required multiple sections, and a provision to pause and restart again. We used question pro because of this feature.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro's Customer Service is second to none. Seriously the best. I've used a lot of different survey softwares in the past, and it's the high level of service that's truly what separates them. We've run into a few issues software wise - not many, but like any software they happen - and almost instantly we either get an answer ASAP from their live chat team, or they literally send us a workaround to solve our problem just the next day. I cannot recommend QuestionPro enough!

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro lacks some features compared to other survey software....sort of. They usually have a workaround for almost any problem, and even when you report a bug or challenge, they take serious note of fixing it in the future.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great customer service in the survey world. The software itself is on par with the best, and then there's an extra level of care and help out there that really makes a difference.

Local support response time is very long when it is not online. Completing the contact form did not result in a response.

Questionpro makes it easy to gather the data we need. Helping us to generate adequate information to take practical improvement actions for people. We would have to put in a lot more effort and hours of work if we used less powerful alternatives.

Techincal issues mostly. They do things like change the files names for their FTPs without letting us now, things like that.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

We are an international non-profit organization that needs to collect data from numerous members around worldwide. Question Pro helps us a lot to do this, as it turns out to be a very intuitive platform from different points of view. Regarding the construction of surveys/questionnaires, Question Pro helps us formulate the questions thoroughly, given the variety of usable fields and logic that can be inserted. We underline that in recent years we have been able to make the best use of this platform by autonomously learning the various functions.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

We haven't encountered any particular problems using this platform over the years. Sometimes we found difficult to use the logic, but we think it's because we don't use them often, and therefore it takes us a little longer to remember how the various mechanisms work.

Each member collects data for his country, following his personal model. Question Pro helps us collect this data and make them homogeneous, thus obtaining a representation of the trends being studied at an international level.

We mainly use QuestionPro for online applications to work for our libraries.  It is easy to manage and download all our applications submitted.  It is also set to send email notifications when responses are submitted, which helps ensure we stay current with all submissions.

The best thing about QuestionPro is its interface and easiness in creating surveys. The monitoring of the responses is amazingly simple and gives a wide view, specially the use of world map is my favorite.

One thing that I believe is a little tough about questionpro is that receiving the survey responses in an external file can be tedious sometimes when the survey is long. Also, there should be tutorial short videos on the website which will greatly help new users.

It is helping me create many surveys in short time and monitoring the survey has become really simple for me. Also the user interface while filling the survey has been liked by our student community.

The flexibility of the software goes far beyond just surveys - I think I use QuestionPro a little differently and have solved real business problems with it, using it in various workflows that can reside outside our firewall.  

I have always been so impressed with the availability of help chat - available at any time, even at 2 am.

I would like a few more question options - but it's hard to find something wrong with this great product.

We use QuestionPro a little differently - so it is solving many problems for us, It allows me to develop solutions in my limited software environment that with a better infrastructure I would have solved with Microsoft PowerApps - this is a great solution for all kinds of information gathering - I'm a FAN!  It is limited only by your imagination.

The setup process is seamless and once you learn all the tricks, it goes pretty smoothly. We've been using it for years and years and would be lost without QuestionPro.

I wish we could delete email lists faster than 30 days and I wish there was more customization that wasn't so tough to figure out. I also wish the unsubscribe list was emailed after each job is closed out.

The surveys are very customizable with the ability to receive responses in many different ways. The analytics are easy to read and format to your needs. Their analytics far exceed some of their competitors.

Unfortunately due to some challenges within our own IT department, we are unable to send surveys directly from QuestionPro. Regardless of the challenge, we still utilize it for creating the surveys and their analytics.

We are able to capture data surrounding the candidate experience of those going through our clinical interview process. The feedback allows us to improve process and work through challenges surrounding recruiting.
