**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

I really like the QuestionPro is super user friendly and tracks not only the response and usage of surveys, but also shows a monthly comparison. This has helped my organization in maintaing efficient and useful trainings. 10/10

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

it would be more helpful if users were able to maintain access to surveys created during trial so that users can access previously used questions, prior to upgrading. However, the upgrade allows you to do so along with tons of other resources.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using QuestionPro is assuring that training material is effective and useful. It helps my organziation ensure constituents are well-equipped and confident in their roles.

It allows me to connect in a multitude of ways with my employee population. Its variety of functions fosters trust and inclusion with all of my employees. It is a great tool!

The reporting feature could be a bit more robust. Also, there are times when it has issues and tech support has to step in to correct it. However, overall the positives really outweigh any negatives they may have.

My utilization of the website has never presented any problems. Their robust platform really caters to all of my needs. It keeps my business informed and encourages open communication.

QuestionPro supplied the need to be able to carry out marketing research to improve areas where failures were seen and the only way to improve was with research towards clients where they gave us the reasons and opinions to improve, it is a platform where they are very professional and they You can trust the results of each investigation, the surveys are easy to carry out and send them to be answered with interest

the analysis with graphs is more understandable and gives a more specific result

They are very complete with their tools and have managed to satisfy the need that was previously had, there is nothing wrong with QuestionPro

I love the ease of making a branded questionnaire that we can send out to our team or a customer. It looks professional and comes across as though we take these surveys very seriously, which we do!

Nothing so far. We just started up with QuestionPro and have only ran one survey so far, so no negative feedback so far.

Customer and Internal Team Surveys. It helps us get reviews from our customers, get an overall idea of our services and customer experience using the NPS score, and allows us to run internal surveys to improve our processes.

We like Question Pro for our non-profit! We appreciate the offline access and ease of creating our surveys.

Providing access for multiple users can be challenging with our small budget.

We are a nature-based therapy program and needed to be able to access the surveys offline. QuestionPro was one of the few resources we found that could address this need.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

What sets QuestionPro apart from the other available survey tools available is the user experience, primarily for the administrator. I am a very data-driven individual. The reporting functionality is top-notch and allows for both raw data viewing and summarized data viewing. 
It's extremely user-friendly. Allows for scheduling surveys, adding email lists, tracking responses by users, resending the surveys out, etc.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The only downside I've personally experienced is upon initial launch within our organization, the invites all went to our team member's junk folders. After this experience, our workaround was to add the QuestionPro email domain added to our safe-senders list company-wide. We then emailed our team members a heads-up via internal email with instructions to check their junk folders. Outside of that, the pros far outweigh the con we experienced.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this has solved for us is giving us the ability to track responses. As an HR professional, it's critical to understand team member feedback and be alerted of any underlying issues & concerns. But when you've got a 450+ employee count with a generic link sent out to capture replies, it's incredibly challenging to identify the source of these concerns. QuestionPro simplifies this by generating personalized survey links. It also allows for us to follow up with the individuals who either opted out or are pending completion.

I liked that I was able to learn how to use it on my own, using the clear help sections. I particularly appreciated the great customer service team that was always available, responsive and helpful.

QuestioPro has a pretty extensive multi-language support, but there are several languages missing which we would need for multi-country surveys in Central Asia, such as Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen.

I have been using QuestionPro for our research projects and I am very satisfied with its features and functionality. Working with a non-profit organization, I appreciated that QuestionPro offers special discounts to non-profit organizations and NGOs. It is very easy to use, flexible and reliable, and helped us collect responses in an efficient way. It has a simple and intuitive interface, a wide range of question types and skip logics. I can create surveys with different question types and logic, distribute them online or offline, download the results in different format and analyze them with various tools.

Easy to use, lots of features, and less expensive than the competing products we tested

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There is a limit of 5000 survey emails being sent out at once, despite surveys supporting up to 100,000 which means you have to create 20 email lists & schedule them throughout the day. It would be better to use email throtteling to manage this.

We were able to survey our users to better understand their satisfaction and needs with IT. This allowed us to identify where we needed to focus efforts in our future stategy.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro is overall a great survey platform. It is full featured, and includes many of the features that I like such as rotation and randomization of question order and answer order. Support has overall been available any time I have reached out.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Occasional downtime has cost our company quite a few dollars. We have instances where the platform just stops working, and it appears to be a QP server issue. On another occasion, we found a bug in the platform that had already been discovered by support. Instead of announcing the bug, we found it ourselves and reported it. They already knew about it. We lost quite a few surveys this day at our call center, when it could have been announced and it would have been a non issue.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose QuestionPro to alleviate hosting our own survey platform. This has saved us quite a bit of complication. The SPSS export is crucial to our business, it allows us to save time when exporting survey data.

I haven't found any downsides to QuestionPro.

We need feedback from about 300 attendees at our conferences.  We get a bigger response than when we use paper evaluation forms, and the data is compiled and presented in an easy to read format.

I am very satisfied with using the application. David and Thomas helped from the beginning. They answered every question I had very quickly. Within a few days I had a great survey app. It even works offline - which I really needed.

I don't see any competing apps.

Everything worked, I didn't have to worry about anything. Great app. I will recommend it!

It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

It has all of the question types that my team and I need and it's more user-friendly than other platforms.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I did run into one challenge on my first survey with the content being blocked that was confusing. That said, I got on chat -- on a Sunday -- and was able to get it resolved.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The QP platform makes it much easier to skip logic and branching than some other platforms. I created a survey last Sunday and I was able to do it in a fraction of the time that it used to take on (don't know if I can name names here so I won't). Also, I hit a single button and QP exported the charts into a PPT. This was an internal survey I did for a colleague. Not cutting and pasting and have to lay text boxes over legends that get cut off (with another popular platform it is a nightmare), was life-changing. I easily saved an hour just on that.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Autofill questions along with relevant options. The tool is able to detect the common questions that are used regularly and suggests the user to use the relevant questions instead of filling in the entire questions. For example: What is your gender, the tool populates the option keys and the question.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The survey entry link cannot be customised anymore. A organisation could showcase the link using their name as the landing page link however now its dominantly questionpro.com so this has somewhat created a distance within the company to use questionpro.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think investing and developing new tools to just host surveys and collect data isn't beneficial to all companies, QPro has targeted this and made scripting possible to all companies who are looking to collect product reviews or opinions. This way we don't need to invest in something that is already out in the market at the same time we can also look at reducing the investments needed for a survey programmer or a new tool

I like how straightforward it is. For a small company like ours, its functionality works well. The reporting is pretty simple and easily sharable with coworkers and clients. It is a decent investment for small to midsize companies, significantly better than some of its competitors.

As our company has grown, QuestionPro has not necessarily been able to support us in the ways we need it to. Though the reporting capabilities are straightforward, they are a little archaic.

We need to administer surveys to our internal staff as well as create surveys for our clients. QuestionPro allows us to do this easily and in a quick way. The simplicity of it is very helpful to us.

I can sometimes have a glitch loading it in my browser, other than that that's the only issue I have. I can have minor issues with loading up some things, but overall the service is amazing!

The UI you're able to edit the survey directly and set things such as question code

I felt as a data engineer, for exporting large data at scale the JSON API was not as smooth as just having a way to have the reports as CSV or excel. The way the JSON was structured for each of the questions added complexity to getting the data into our systems

QuestionPro offers a variety of tools to create comprehensive, logical and effective surveys. Their wide range of question types, logic schemes, and distribution methods allow for easily creatable surveys and easily readable data. Their top-notch customer support responds to any question or issue quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Some of QuestionPro's best features are behind a paywall. They also lack a feature that allows you to send surveys via SMS without needing an email to who you send your survey.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuestionPro helps us find hot leads for our market research. The ability to prescreen hundreds of people allow us to better focus our efforts on people who would be eligible to participate in our focus groups.

We have been using it over 5 years now and finding it very handy. It has a great selection of quesion types and logic conditions. It's reporting and visualisation function is great and you have options to choose how you prefer the result to be demonstrated.

I needed to create a survey that blocked the "return to previous" option, so that respondents couldn't go back and alter their previous answers. The other free online survey programs I tried did not have this feature, but QuestionPro did! I was grateful to find a tool that included such a capability.

I was disappointed that the free version of QuestionPro didn't allow me to download a copy of my survey as a PDF. It would have been very helpful to print out hard copies of it.

It's great to have a survey tool that tracks the geographic region where each response came from, as this enabled me to sort out an unforeseen discrepancy in the data. (I received more responses than expected and was able to track where those came from to correct the issue, rather than having to re-administer the survey to all respondents.)

I found creating surveys to be easy on the QuestionPro platform. I was also able to share my survey with my classes using a QR code. I was also able to change and alter as needed very quickly. Students were able to answer my survey on the mobile devices with ease. I would defiantely use this again.

Question Pro had a lot of good tools to use. I had to play with and tweak the features to get what I wanted. It took some time to go through and get it just right.

I used it as a voting tool in my classroom. Students were able to use a rating scale of 1-10 in 3 separate categories. Students voted on their peer's projects and presentations. I started using QuestionPro very recently, as it was made available through the institution. I find it very user-friendly. For instance, it shows you potential response options when the question stem is typed or when the first response option in a Likert scale is typed. The upside is its professional look.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

When I created the survey, the system suggested options, and I had trouble knowing what to do to accept those suggestions. I tried hitting 'tab,' 'enter,' etc. Explicit instructions would be helpful. Also, the 'Content Block' is irritating as I do not know what I did wrong. When I copy pasted my intro, I got a content block warning. When I edited the content using the QuestionPro template, it worked just fine. It made me think that QuestionPro is forcing its users to use its template language.

I am using it for my survey research. It helps me collect data on the research question from the target audience.

Of all the survey platforms, QuestionPro offers an amazing range of functionality at the free level, including great customer service. Good variety of question types, analysis and export options, and more.

There are some elements of the survey design and setup process that are a little bit clunky, compared to some competitors. It's a bit more of a traditional or old school platorm and lacks some of the more modern survey methods, such as chat-based or informal question types.

I feel questionpro is very user-friendly, which comes as a perk. It has a wide range of available question formats with and intuitive platform, so it's easy to make professional-looking and high-quality surveys.

Sometimes it's hard to see the analytics of your survey. You receive the answer yes, but the whole point of a survey is to compare answers together and pull more data from it. So making this feature more variable and easy to understand would be beneficial.

The downside of this tool is it's capability to support multiple languages. As we struggled to provide surveys in different languages to cover wider population. Its Analytics capabilities are average with relevant mathmatics or data presentation. We were more keen to see some high level correlation and inference to support industry standards.

We were conducting a large scale campaign to collect the traction about our services and products. The collected data was intended to provide different analytics to support our growth strategy.
