One area I’d really like to see improved is the depth of native integrations with life sciences and research tools we use regularly, such as SPSS, common CRM platforms, and clinical data management systems. Right now we often have to export and manually reformat data, which adds extra steps to our research workflows. The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. What do you dislike about QuestionPro? A couple downsides to QP: - The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!). - Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can. - Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response. - Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!). While some of the advanced features take a bit of poking around to fully uncover, it’s not a deal breaker. What do you dislike about QuestionPro? The user interface is a bit unintuitive. I think there are some places where the settings are hard to find. There are some places where there's too many options, and there's a bit of duplication. Sometimes surveys just don't work, or they are updated without notification, which leaves me unprepared to address issues. Customer service feels like it's passing the buck, and they sometimes don't understand what's going on. The service team is reluctant to explain things to me.
