I talked about the learning curve, but support has always been responsive and helpful when I have a question. I like the option to automatically send results to selected emails. Performance-wise, it's worked great for our needs throughout our time using the platform! I appreciate that QuestionPro allows me to add max diff, image upload, sorting, or conjoint questions without incremental costs, which are often add-ons with other survey platforms. Additionally, QuestionPro has helped me with resources for analysis and reporting, and have delivered high-quality work. Integrations with our existing ERP and supply chain tools are also fairly basic. Native, automated syncing with our internal systems would save time compared to manual exports and imports.
