Questionmark is a very powerful tool which helps us build, manage, and optimize our customer-facing exams. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of building certification exams and understanding both how they are being used and also how we can improve the difficulty of the exams over time. In addition, the technical and customer success support is very attentive and helpful whenever we encounter issues or have how-to questions. We love the question banking capability, which allows us to dynamically pull questions from a bank to help reduce the chances of cheating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Questionmark? The UI of QuestionMark takes a little getting used to as compared to some of the newer tools out there. The look and feel and organization of a few of the menus sometimes feels a bit barebones. That in mind, when it comes to what matters (i.e. the capabilities), the app has everything that we need.
