The personal treatment is the best, with great and quick support from the team whenever we need it. They are very professional and caring. **What do you dislike about innosabi?** The basic package is quite reduced and you need to include different extensions to be able to make certain things. However, the team helps us find workarounds to solve this little inconvenience. Also, the user experience could be improved in certain aspects to remove additional steps that are not needed. **What problems is innosabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great interface to test things with our community and gather valuable insights. ### 2. I think that is the USP of the platform as it helps to create an effective idea management setup. Though, I would love to have a more in-depth training for the same to undersatnd all the features. The toolbox functionality is a step in a good direction, and hope that develops better and faster in the future. And definitely the CSM support is great and super helpful! **What do you dislike about innosabi?** It is a disintegrated tool form our normal tools ecosystem! For big corporates, they usually have a Microsoft or Google suite, therefore the Program pages, events, articles sort of compete with Sharepoint, MS Teams etc. and do not add any additional value. Love the campaigns, but sometimes setting up can be a pain as there are a lot of settings which could could be confusing. So, maybe ease of implementation could be imrpoved. **What problems is innosabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us crowdsource internally on broader topics and thereby makes the entire process less time consuming and more effective. ### 3. However, you never need to worry because their customer service is top notch - quick response times, issues always resolved, and happy to go above/beyond to find a solution for you, no matter what you ask. The system is also easy to integrate into your own SSO platforms which makes using it seamless and easy for others in your organization. **What do you dislike about innosabi?** Their platform is so loaded with features it can be hard to use and remember them all. At times the power is almost too complex, especially when you want to do a simple easy search. That can at time require more advanced managing of the system to get what you need from it, although their customer service will quickly tell you how to do it so at least you don't have to spend a lot of time working it out yourself. **What problems is innosabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** In short - loads of data analyzed in seconds to instand insights. Innosabi allows our team to search technical spaces to identify emerging science, funding status, leading researchers/academics/organizations, what our competitors are doing as well as potential startups or new partners to consider - all in the click of a button. Their platform also does amazing visual indication of the background data analysis allowing users to quickly see in a visual way what topics are most prevelant.
