I have been using Toad for 2 years now and I am impressed with the options we have in this tool. It is an easy to use tool for running Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures, view various schemas and underlying objects in your database, debug your scripts and so much more. This, in my opinion, is the easiest tool to use for someone who needs database access and isn't primarily a database developer.Ease of use includig the graphic interphase can't be beat.
