When it comes to Symantec Enterprise Vault migrations, they're very great to work with and moderately priced competitive. They go into a ton of detail to build a quote - so you know whatever quote you get is very thorough. Each migration we have done went off without a hitch. **What do you dislike about Quadrotech?** While they claim to be a partner-friendly organization, they seem like they would rather work directly with a customer vs. the partner channel. For this reason alone, we tend to prefer not to use them. From asking to only talk to the customer, to sending renewal contracts directly to a customer, all the way to only allowing a "professional services" approach to their migrations - all are anti-channel anti-partner behaviors. They have a great toolset and would be able to gain more market share if they would stand behind their partner-friendly claims. **Recommendations to others considering Quadrotech:** Fully understand the source & destination systems as it relates to the migration. Consider using a 3rd party partner to help with the engagement vs. directly working with Quadrotech or any archive migration product vendor. **What problems is Quadrotech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Symantec Email Archive Migration to Exchange Online. ### 2. Along with the QT admin teams I can manage it all myself. ### 3. We relied heavily on the managed services to help facilitate the migration and internally we helped identify users and provide communications to the users. **What do you dislike about Quadrotech?** For a company that has migrated millions of PSTs I was surprised by the gotchas during the migration. Such as migrating calendar items by default. Or the lack of understanding of data transfer speeds. I understand that is difficult but I had a hard time getting past them not being able to speak confidently about the subject. Reporting was also difficult **What problems is Quadrotech solving and how is that benefiting you?** We migrated several hundred TB's of PST's to Exchange Online. Cost savings by no longer needing an endpoint backup solution. Also finally having control of corporate data. ### 4.
