This product was a lifesaver for our recent domain migrations. Between synchronizing users and attributes , managing workstation migrations, and the sync scheduling, it's a very comprehensive product. It can be a bit complicated, but that's to be expected given the number of features available. After purchasing the product, there are a few days of required training involved. I would've preferred to have more written documentation made available initially to get prepared.
