Business teams ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in their own data, with no SQL to write, no warehouse to provision, and no separate semantic layer to license. Querri manages every layer rather than sitting on top of one. A managed data lake and warehouse are built in, so there's nothing to provision. Cleaning, joins, dedupe, and type casting run as versioned, re-runnable work. Metrics, entities, and relationships are defined once, so a definition means the same thing in a chat answer, a dashboard, and an export. I don't write SQL, I don't go digging through our tables to remember how they're structured, and I don't have to context-shift into analyst mode to pull the right data. I just ask the question I actually want answered, in plain language, and Querri handles the rest. Getting to stay high-level like that is the whole value for me. The answers come back as visualizations, so I can put them in front of the team without worrying about anyone's technical fluency. Everyone just gets it immediately. I don't have to explain a query or walk through a table, they see the chart and they're with me. It has also changed who can answer a data question here. It used to be whoever was comfortable writing SQL. Now anyone on the team can dig in, which means more of our decisions come from real numbers instead of a hunch. The data cleaning is better than I expected too. It takes messy files from different places and gets them usable without me fixing formatting first. A concrete example: pulling our customer data together each week used to take at least an hour, because we always wanted different segments and different questions answered. I hooked up our PostgreSQL DB, and now I ask Querri a few minutes before the meeting and walk in with a custom dashboard ready to go. Worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Querri? There was so much in there that at first it was hard to know where to start. They've recently updated the onboarding though, so it's much more streamlined now. Getting an answer out of our data used to mean learning a heavy BI tool or waiting on the one person who knew it. So a lot of questions just never got asked. When the right data was too time consuming or hard for the right people to get to, we'd just guess or assume and move on. Querri took that bottleneck out. Anyone can now pull their own answers, build a dashboard to share in minutes, and keep going. The payoff is speed and access. We decide faster because the data is not locked behind a specialist or a complex tool, and more of us are looking at the same numbers. I run a freight brokerage out of Charleston, and before Querri, our whole financial picture lived in spreadsheets. I have a finance degree, but I'd rather spend my time running the business than grinding through Excel building macros and pivot tables all day. Everything was manual, prone to errors, and we were constantly dealing with data discrepancies that ate up time we didn't have. I uploaded all of our load data for 2025 into Querri and immediately started seeing really cool insights I wouldn't have caught on my own. The platform gives me a bird's eye view of how much money we're bringing in each day, but I can also drill down into very specific details to figure out what's actually happening and why. That flexibility is huge when you're running a growing brokerage. I'm using it for cash flow management, sales oversight, and tracking customer trends — things like volume vs. profit and seasonality patterns. It's also helped me build financial projections and figure out whether we can afford to hire new people, which is a real question when you're scaling the way we are. Being able to pull up our monthly gross profit trend and show that to investors in a few clicks has been a game changer. What's cool is that my team uses Querri in a completely different way than I do. My sales guys are mostly looking at industry data to build high-priority lead lists each day, while I'm looking at the business from an ownership and management perspective. The fact that one platform serves both of those use cases says a lot. Depending on how aggressive you want to be with it, Querri saves me around 10 hours a week. That's time I'm putting back into strategy instead of data wrangling. As we grow, we need to be as aggressive with AI as we can be, and Querri is a big part of that. It doesn't just save time — it extends what I'm capable of as a business owner. I also want to call out that Querri is a smaller company, and that's actually a huge plus for me. There's real transparency around how our data is being used, it feels trustworthy, and the customer experience feels bespoke — like it was built for my industry. That matters a lot when you're handing over your financial data. If I had to nitpick, I'd love to see more integrations for data connectors — right now I'm exporting CSVs from my TMS and uploading them manually, so a direct connector would save even more time. It'd also be great if it could read PDFs. If you're running a logistics operation and you don't have a data person on staff, Querri is your data person. It allows me to organize my .csv and .xls files better and without too much effort.
