QPOS is restaurant billing software built for Indian restaurants, cafés, bakeries, dhabas and cloud kitchens. It runs on your own Windows PC, so billing, KOTs and printing keep going even when the internet drops, and your sales data stays with you, with no trace on any cloud. One plan includes everything: fast counter billing with short codes and keyboard shortcuts, KOT printing by station, a kitchen display system, a captain app for waiters on any Android phone, split payments across cash, UPI and card, GST per item with CGST and SGST split, stock and purchases, expenses, customer credit, staff roles with PINs, and more than 40 reports that export to Excel. The QPOS Owner app shows today's sales on your phone from anywhere, end-to-end encrypted. QPOS costs ₹9,999 a year with no charge per counter, phone or kitchen screen. Installation, menu setup and staff training are included, and most restaurants are billing within a day. Every new install gets a 30-day free trial.
