What do you dislike about Quatrix? First, its file preview support for large construction files is limited. We regularly upload high-resolution architectural blueprints and multi-page tender documents. Large drawing files often fail to load fully in the built-in preview window, and the loading speed is quite slow. Team members have to download files first just to check basic content, which adds extra steps and creates unnecessary local copies that bring minor security risks. Second, the customization of audit reports is too basic. The default logs record all operations, but we cannot freely filter fields or create tailored report templates. When preparing materials for official compliance inspections, we need to sort records by project name, user role or time period.
