Great platform to utilize and manage surveys or data, especially if you have an international audience. If you are looking to create simple questionnaires with a user-friendly platform, this is a great option. Some of the features embedded within the system can be a bit difficult to locate. For example, finding the automated email response text can be tricky sometimes if you don't use the platform on an ongoing basis. The system allows you to replicate questionnaires and simply change the title or language of the questions. Finally, one disadvantage would be that once something is deleted, you cannot "undo" but there is a space to shift content that you may want to use at a later time.
