"Secure, Compliant, and Efficient Document Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I appreciate Quatrix's strong security paired with user-friendly operation, which suits our construction consulting work and German data compliance rules perfectly. The granular permission management is a standout feature, allowing me to set customized access rights for internal staff, external contractors, and partners on a very detailed level. This helps me protect sensitive architectural drawings and compliance papers without disrupting collaboration. The complete audit logging system is invaluable for compliance work as it records every file access, download, and share action automatically. It saves us huge time on manual record-keeping during internal reviews or official data checks. I also value the clear file version control that eliminates confusion from numerous document copies, syncing updates in real-time to ensure everyone uses the latest materials. Lastly, Quatrix runs stably for remote access, which is crucial since our team often works on construction sites or in different locations. The simple interface enabled our whole team to get started quickly without complex training. Overall, it balances security, compliance, and collaboration well, making it a reliable tool for our daily project document management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

First, its file preview support for large construction files is limited. We regularly upload high-resolution architectural blueprints and multi-page tender documents. Large drawing files often fail to load fully in the built-in preview window, and the loading speed is quite slow. Team members have to download files first just to check basic content, which adds extra steps and creates unnecessary local copies that bring minor security risks. Second, the customization of audit reports is too basic. The default logs record all operations, but we cannot freely filter fields or create tailored report templates. When preparing materials for official compliance inspections, we need to sort records by project name, user role or time period. Right now we can only export raw data and reorganize it in spreadsheets, which takes extra time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, GDPR-Compliant File Management Excellence"
4/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I like how Quatrix combines enterprise-grade security and GDPR compliance with simplicity for everyday business use. It excels with features like built-in GDPR and EU data compliance, which is crucial for us working in Germany. The detailed file tracking and audit logs offer us certainty and eliminate the usual back-and-forth queries about file reception. I also appreciate the secure large-file transfers without size stress, ensuring our big documents are sent smoothly. Additionally, the fact that clients don't need an account or complicated setup makes the experience seamless for them, while maintaining security on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Overall Quatrix is solid and reliable for our core secure file-sharing needs, especially around GDPR and client safety, but there are a few areas that feel limited or could be smoother for our daily team workflow. The biggest points we’d like to see improved: More flexible branding & white-label customization—we can add basic branding, but it’s fairly restricted. We’d like stronger white-label options — fully custom domains, more control over email notifications, landing pages, and styling — to make the experience feel fully integrated with our company brand, especially for professional client exchanges. User management and team permissions could be finer-grained—for a small team like ours it’s okay, but we want more control over what each team member can see, share, or delete. More granular role-based access would help with internal security and compliance. Integration with CRM tools like Bigin by Zoho is basic—right now we have to manually link files or copy audit trail info into our CRM. Native, one-click integration — auto-logging file activity to contacts/deals, or sending files directly from the CRM — would save a lot of repetitive work. Mobile experience is functional but not polished—the mobile interface works for basic uploads and downloads, but it’s not as smooth or intuitive as the desktop version. Better mobile layout, faster loading, and easier file management on phones/tablets would help when we’re out of the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Sharing with Enterprise Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I use Quatrix to send massive datasets, HD video files, or sensitive legal documents easily. It gives my team a tool that's as simple as a consumer app but provides the security of an enterprise system. I really appreciate that I can send a link to a vendor, allowing them to securely upload files back to me without needing to create an account or install anything. Plus, I love that the request link isn't permanent—it can be set to expire once the file is uploaded. Quatrix handles unlimited file sizes, which is perfect for sending large video files when email or free transfer sites don't work due to their limits. The built-in, no-code connectors for clouds and SFTP servers simplify the process by showing these locations as simple folders in the interface. The initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Quatrix?

If you want it to talk to niche third-party tools, you often have to rely on their API. If you aren't a developer or don't have one on staff, setting up complex scenarios between Quatrix and your other software can be hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Secure File Sharing with Quatrix"

What do you like best about Quatrix?

I use Quatrix to send and receive sensitive files to my teams without worrying about leaks or compliance issues. Quatrix helps me send sensitive files safely, giving me control and visibility without breaking rules. What I like most about Quatrix is that it makes secure file sharing feel effortless without slowing down how I work. It works really well in providing visibility and control, allowing me to see who accessed what and when, set clear permissions, and trust that security is handled in the background without complicating my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

One area Quatrix could improve is usability for first-time users. A simpler onboarding experience or clearer guidance would make it even better. Setting up Quatrix initially is generally straightforward, but it can feel a bit complex for first-time users because of the security options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Quatrix as my main platform to organize work and manage daily tasks simply and efficiently. I love that Quatrix makes it easy and intuitive to use, yet powerful enough for daily work. The clean and well-organized interface makes it simple to find what I need and stay focused. I really enjoy the task management features because they help me plan my work clearly and track progress without confusion. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the interface being clean and intuitive helped us start quickly without much training. The core features like task management and file sharing work well, providing a more unified and efficient way to manage our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit too basic and I would like more customization options like changing views or rearranging sections to match my workflow. The task management features are useful but could be stronger with more advanced options like subtasks, reminders, or better priority sorting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Secure File Sharing and Smooth Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I use Quatrix for secure file sharing and team collaboration, which makes working with my team a breeze. Quatrix is super secure for sharing and lets me share files with external partners without any unauthorized access worries. I love that it gives me peace of mind, especially with features like password protection, expiration dates, and access controls. The easy collaboration features allow us to work on files together in real-time without any hitch. Quatrix also integrates well with tools like Slack and Google Workspace, making cross-platform sharing and collaboration pretty seamless. The transition to Quatrix was smooth thanks to its similar interface, granular access control, and helpful audit logs. The setup was straightforward, and the support was responsive when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

The interface can feel a bit cloppy sometimes, navigating through folders isn't super intuitive. Making folders more drag and drop friendly and adding breadcrumbs navigation would help a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Secure Large-File Transfers"
4/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I like that Quatrix is a hyper-specialized, no-compromise solution for secure global large-file transfer. It delivers blazing-fast cross-border speeds and supports unlimited file sizes. The granular transfer-level security is impressive, and it doesn't sacrifice ease of use for our internal team or external stakeholders. Unlike other tools that add large-file support or make transfers slow and clunky, Quatrix is engineered exclusively for our needs, sending and receiving massive, sensitive files securely and efficiently. It eliminates the trade-offs we faced with other tools regarding speed, security, control, and ease of use, while its design choices align perfectly with our needs as a distributed B2B SaaS team. The initial setup was also extremely straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

I don't like that Quatrix lacks proactive async alerts. We can set basic email alerts for download activity, but they're pretty generic and don't integrate with our team's primary alert system, which is Slack. It's annoying because if an APAC client downloads a file at 2 AM ET, it triggers an immediate email alert to our US team lead, waking them up, and there's no way to schedule alerts for the recipient's local working hours. Also, I'd like a Batch Transfer Creator with Shared Global Settings. It would be great to have a Bulk Transfer Wizard that lets users upload multiple files at once and apply shared global security/expiration settings to the entire batch with one click. Plus, it would help if we could override settings for individual files in the batch when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Workflows, Reduces Download Times"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I love that I can set up a no-code workflow with Quatrix and basically forget it exists. It saves me hours of manual uploads and ensures I don't forget a critical file. It solves the 3-hour download problem for my global coworkers, making them feel like they're in the office next door rather than on the other side of the planet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

If my team needs to co-author a document, we have to do that elsewhere, then bring the final version into Quatrix for the secure 'send.' I wish there was a way to do a bit more light editing or commenting directly inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
