It has excellent SFTP hosting, and it is also easy to get the hang of. **What do you dislike about Quatrix?** We hardly faced any issue with Quatrix; I don't think it has any significant disadvantages. For example, if you want to create a question that allows people to select a choice and expand on their response, this isn't possible; questions can only be multiple choice or write-in. **Recommendations to others considering Quatrix:** Great platform to utilize and manage surveys or data, especially if you have an international audience. If you are looking to create simple questionnaires with a user-friendly platform, this is a great option. Some of the features embedded within the system can be a bit difficult to locate. For example, finding the automated email response text can be tricky sometimes if you don't use the platform on an ongoing basis. The system allows you to replicate questionnaires and simply change the title or language of the questions. Finally, one disadvantage would be that once something is deleted, you cannot "undo" but there is a space to shift content that you may want to use at a later time. **What problems is Quatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Qualtrics for most of our data collection/surveys to manage event logistics. We have a very international audience, and in this sense, Qualtrics adds more value to our work because Google forms and other survey platforms are not accessible to people from every country. Qualtrics solves this problem for us, allowing us to avoid creating multiple surveys for the same event, which is not an ideal way to manage logistics and operations. ### 13.
