QuartzVault is a virtual data room built by QuartzX for deal teams that need a secure room without waiting on an IT ticket. Teams open a room themselves in a few clicks, upload and structure confidential files, and invite outside reviewers when the process starts. Billing begins only when the first outside party is invited in, so setup can run for up to sixty days at no cost. Every tier includes the controls that separate a data room from a shared folder. Permissions are set per document, not per link. View only mode blocks download, print, and copy. A per viewer watermark burns the reader name into each page. Audit logs record every open down to time spent on each page. Access ends the moment an organizer revokes it, so nothing remains on a guest device. Use cases covered on the product pages include mergers and acquisitions due diligence, fundraising, board papers, tenders and RFPs, audits and regulatory reviews, and real estate file sets. Users and guests are unlimited on every tier. Storage and concurrent rooms scale by plan, with one flat price per room rather than per page, per seat, or per gigabyte. Essentials starts at 129 USD per month billed annually for one active data room and 25 GB. Professional starts at 449 USD per month billed annually for five concurrent rooms and 250 GB, with extra rooms available. Enterprise starts from 24,000 USD per year for unlimited rooms and 1 TB included, with onboarding and deployment options scoped per engagement. Private cloud and self hosted deployment are available on Enterprise. QuartzVault is generally available in English and French. Data residency options include Canada and the European Union, with Enterprise residency by choice. QuartzX holds SOC 2 Type II, audited by Sensiba LLP, and ISO 27001 certifications, effective October 2026, and supports GDPR and PIPEDA compliance.
