Organizations connect HR, directory, registry, procurement, CSV, or API sources, define qualification rules in plain words, and issue organization accreditation badges or individual passes without creating a new database. When a qualification rule stops holding, QuartzPass revokes the credential automatically across connected systems. Authorities, registries, professional orders, and enterprise programs publish trust lists of accredited organizations, such as verified suppliers, certified SMEs, licensed establishments, or accredited partners. Accredited organizations receive a free space and an embeddable website badge the same day, and followers of a trust list trust every organization on it automatically, with removals reflected within minutes. Individual passes, such as verified employee, member in good standing, graduate, or authorized signatory, are presented from the QuartzPass wallet, any conformant wallet, an authenticator, or corporate sign in without new guest passwords. Verification is free and unlimited for everyone by badge click, QR scan, email link, or API call. QuartzPass integrates with QuartzID, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Omada, and procurement platforms over SCIM, SAML, OIDC, REST APIs, and signed webhooks so verified attributes write directly into identity and vendor workflows. Built in fraud checks support sanctions and PEP screening, face match, and network signal scoring. QuartzPass supports W3C Verifiable Credentials on did:web identities, OpenID for Verifiable Credentials OID4VCI and OID4VP, and SD JWT in production. Data residency options cover Canada, the United States, and the European Union, with English and French interfaces and single tenant dedicated instances available. QuartzPass is a conditionally qualified innovation under Innovative Solutions Canada Testing Stream 2026. QuartzX holds SOC 2 Type II, audited by Sensiba LLP, and ISO 27001 certifications, effective October 2026, and supports GDPR and PIPEDA compliance.
