Installation was very straightforward, making it simple to add more units as our fleet grows. The daily and real-time vehicle tracking features are clear and concise, which has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Quartix solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to track where our technicians are at any given moment is extremely helpful. It allows us to monitor if they are speeding or making frequent abrupt stops, and helps us estimate arrival times for upcoming clients throughout the day. Quartix has worked well for me from day one. It was easy to set up, install, start using, and continue to monitor. Support has always been there when I needed it and has been able to help me every time I needed it. The price for my service is something that I can easily work with and not have to worry about. I know where my trucks are at all times. If one gets stolen, I will be better equipped to recover my unit. We never have to worry about not receiving accurate reporting. The deep dive you can do is reporting is fantastic as well! The price point is surprising for the value you receive; it's very affordable! Also, their customer service team is quick to respond and so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Quartix? The only downside to Quartix is that they don't offer cameras yet. I'm really hoping they will add this feature soon. We can quickly and accurately give customers up-to-date information on where their Service Professional is. We can also track fuel consumption, idle time, traffic, and so much more.
