We've been working with Quartile since late April 2025 and they've been a great partner. We were facing significant increases in ACoS over the past 2 years, so our objective was to rein in ACoS while maintaining TACoS. Over 6 months Quartile was able to help us reduce our ACoS from about 60% to about 40%. We're hoping to get this down even more.

From the get-go integration was very seamless. The onboarding team was top-notch.

Just as important, our account manager Guilherme F has been awesome. He knows our business really well, has smart and on-point insights each week we meet, and generally he feels like a true extension of our team.

We were using a self-service automation platform prior to engaging with Quartile, and Quartile is of course much more expensive compared to what we were using before (SellerApp). That being said, Quartile is 100% worth the money, since we weren't reaching our goals under the previous platform.
