I've found Quartile to be very useful in freeing up my team's time, allowing us to shift our focus from managing ads in-house to other essential projects, making ad management a biweekly task rather than a continuous responsibility. This has saved us time and enhanced our efficiency. I’m also impressed with Quartile’s responsiveness and industry knowledge, as they regularly meet with us and are attentive to our needs and requests. Automation and Reporting: Their platform gives us visibility and control without needing to be deep in the weeds every day. The automated bid adjustments, keyword segmentation, and performance optimization are a big plus. Amazon Expertise: Quartile really knows the Amazon landscape. Their ability to scale both branded and non-branded keywords has helped improve topline revenue. Responsive Team: Matt has been responsive and open to feedback. Their AI tends to bid on irrelevant or low-intent keywords, which leads to wasted spend. Since automated bids only update once a day, we constantly need to monitor and step in manually to keep things on track. I’d prefer a more proactive approach to campaign management—not just optimization, but also strategic input like uncovering new keyword opportunities and testing fresh ways to reach cold traffic. However, we wanted to clarify that our automated bid adjustments actually update at least 12 times a day—typically every two hours—to stay responsive to market conditions and performance shifts. Additionally, our system continuously harvests new keywords from automatic campaigns and isolates them into new manual campaigns to expand reach and improve targeting.
